I went to Popeyes yesterday and got a spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries. The fries were cold and the chicken was reheated probably many times throughout the day. I showed the manager a photo of the sandwich and he told me you should have brought it in or I can’t do anything about it. I don’t care about the meal anymore. All I want is this current manager to be reviewed check down and fired if caught in act. I have provided you photos to show proof.
I recommend Duet. It's grilled cheese & tomato soup combo for ~$5.99. Not too bad for the price... Definitely, a good value...
My online order was not correct. I wanted the butterfly shimp box and received popcorn shrimp. Order the 2 piece white chicken pieces and they were out of breasts.
My Lord does that place need an update! It's like being stuck in an episode of Stranger Things. However the food was really good.
The drive-through is for the burger king only, not for Popeyes. The building looked unkempt and unopen. The lights were off in most of the restaurant. They also charge for all additional sauces and only add one with specific meals. Anytime I've seen this enforced at a fast-food restaurant, I start to question if they are having financial issues and where else they are cutting corners. Although the food was edible, it had a texture like it may have sat out for a little. I will most likely not be going back to this location.
Staff was very accommodating. I asked if I can have all thighs and he obliged.
Not the greatest Popeyes experience I’ve had. The four piece I had wasn’t as good as my last. The staff seemed bothered with an attitude. Sauce is now an up charge. No ice in the drink machine. Disappointing visit
Last time when I had Popeyes meal purchased from another location, I felt the oil used for frying was stale and the taste of food was not good. I decided to give Popeyes one more chance at this location and voila- they restored my trust in their food. All items purchased were crispy and the tasted as good as they smell. The quality of oil used for cooking matters greatly, but the other location apparently neglected to maintain desirable quality. I am sticking to Wayne Popeyes.
The mashed potatoes were ok. The chicken was tasty but one didn’t even have meat in it ? it was disappointing overall
Prices too high, paid $29.00 for two kids chicken tenders and a chicken spicy sandwich with 3 orders of fries.
