This review is for the Willowbrook mall location in Wayne, NJSo I order a 3 piece combo ( I chose 3 spicy tenders) which comes with a regular side ( I chose Mac & cheese), biscuit and soft drink. This combo says $9.99. It should be $10.65 with tax this being New Jersey. The girl charges me $11.82. I ask why so much and she says the mac & cheese cost more. I said to her, it should state that on the menu somewhere and she just looks at me. So without getting frustrated, I go with the Cajun fries. I asked the manager who handed me my order for a extra bayou buffalo she said Ok but your only supposed to get one. Whatever.. When I did reach the tenders under the fries, they looked like they were just dredged thru flour and deep fried, no breading, very smooth looking. Unlike any tender I have had at other Popeyes in the past. While waiting for my order I noticed the next customer behind me was also having issues ordering. We just looked at each other and shook our heads like WTH... Hopefully they will get their act together...
First time. I may have been over hyped from all the ads. I used to love Roy Rogers back in the day. Not sure what I was expecting, but I wasn't blown away and want to go back. The Cajun fries were good! The popcorn shrimp was good. The chicken sandwich was too one dimensional. And the regular fried chicken was ok. I think mostly, I just knew none of it was healthy and was just curious.
This store has supplies ; sides, condiments and great service. The other franchises just don't come up to their standards.

This Popeyes location is bad, really bad. Sold out of all sides but fries. Combo bucket was all tiny drumsticks, two wings, and a thigh. The chicken was dry, maybe overcooked, maybe sat for to long. We received none of the sauces that we asked for. Just a mess. Never going to this location again.
fries were cold, one of the employees initially refused to give us extra sauce. only gave us one then threw the second one at us. very rude

The Chicken overhere is Just Delicious, really Good Prices, Good and Hardworking people serving Overhere. The Best Fast Food chicken in Town!!!!!
There is no online order/ delivery order station or sign that someone is attending to, like other Popeyes. Very disorganized staff. They ignore online orders for the in person orders.
