This is now the second time my husband and I have come for dinner and they have been out of bread bowls. The first time was really frustrating because I asked if they had them at 8pm, they said yes, we ordered and paid, and alas, no bread bowls in stock. The employees were unapologetic and argumentative when I requested a refund on the soup. This most recent time we were there at 5:30pm on a Monday and again out of stock. This is disappointing since it is one of their main products and the only reason we go to panera. We will not be back to this location.
Really nice employees, this combination is so good ! Gave it 3 stars because the restaurant literally stinks inside, they should do something about that! But overall good experience
All I have to say is when I come in the morning, I always go through the drive through. I always look for Jenny and she is phenomenal and quick while taking my order. She always makes sure that I am happy and everything is correct (even for large and complicated orders). She always makes my experience at Panera so great!
Not the greatest I ordered a chicken soup with bread and it was such a rip off the soup It was literally $8 just for one small cup of chicken soup and the bread tasted very hard, moldy and chewy wasn’t the best and I also ordered a cinnamon bun and it tasted very plasticity and dry not the greatest experience at this location their could be a better location then this one. The employees and customers were also very rude I am never coming here again! ??
What happened to Panera's? Ordered a Napa (which means a couple of old grapes) chicken salad sandwich. A tablespoon of chicken salad, a ton of lettuce and a practically green slice of tomato on non-descript bread. Absolutely NO flavor and not appealing. A total waste of $10!!! Last visit there. And coffee sucked too.
I ordered a green goddess salad with chicken to go. My order took 37 minutes to get ready. When I went home I realized they forgot to put the chicken and instead gave me avocados with the skin in the salad! This is not my first time to experience really long time to get my food or to end up with the wrong order!
I like Panera and haven't had the ordering issues others have complained of. However, the value of the Pick 2 is lacking. The half sandwich is really small for what your paying for. I'll try some other things in the future. I do like thr fence onion soup though although it is a bit salty.
Consistent missing items from nearly every order. If there isn’t a missing item, there is an issue with one of the items. Sometimes no cheese in the French onion soup, watered down tomato soup, missing pickle, no bacon on a turkey BACON bravo. Zero consistency and the restaurant staff should be held accountable. we will be driving to the Rt 23 location, even though this location is less than 1 minute from our home.
There is something made wrong or missing every single time I order, without failure. I feel like they are trying to be the worst they can possibly be. I've been there at times where it isn't even busy and they still mess up, so there's no excuse. They just simply don't care.
I mostly do online ordering.. They forgets item from order almost every order. I get home and find out item is missing.. today again, as usual, missed Item from my order.. It happens almost every order, checking the bag when pick up became a routine. 10 sec double check from staff could easily avoid this.. Manager needs to retrain the staff!!
