We absolutely love Palazzone. Best sfogliatelle and cannoli outside of Italy! The bombolone are to die for as well. We go every time we are in the area.

I am beyond livid at the “cake” we received from this place after it being NOT the cake I ordered!I placed a cake order well in advance and when my son went to pick it up, at first they told him I never ordered one, after he called me to check again, they said they finally found it.So… they bring him the cake all sealed up never showing him to make sure it was the right one.and…. Besides that…they go on to tell him the box is a little bigger than it is supposed to be because they did not have the right size!!! (Seriously ?)We now are at the restaurant and when we open the cake… I almost passed out!!!! It was NOT the cake I had ordered! Worse than that, the cake they gave us was unfinished!!!!Fast forward, the day after, my husband, his friends who were at the party, went to the bakery to tell them what happened and they took no credit for the mistake, never apologized or offered any kind of return on anything!Be careful…. Do not order from here again!!!Now the owner is claiming that he has video of the cake…. Show me the video of when the cake was picked up- but never shown to the customer. Cake was boxed up and just handed over without it being checked and shown-And… I was always told that the customer is right- by not “fessing” up to it…. You are calling me a liar!Bad customer service. This is not rightIn response to the owner of the store, I would like to see the footage of the video of the completed cake with the name on it. The picture is not the cake I originally ordered - Any bakery shows their customers the order before they box it up. Maybe the person who took my order/and who boxed it up without showing the people who picked it up- messed it up
Only one star for the amazing gelato. The service is terrible. The ladies in the counter soon as you pay they tell you we closing in 10 minutes. They are so strict with their closing time. Not great for business, they literary through you out. I took my kids for ice cream the other night and we seat down not knowing that they close at 7pm and it was already 6:45. I wanted an cappuccino and they told me the machine it’s already cleaned for tomorrow and I can’t have one. One of the ladies walked to us and told us we have to eat quickly cuz we only have ten minute and they close, they need to mop and be out the door by 7pm. Terrible customer service.
What a delicious place to eat or snack. They have a surprising menu and of course you must have a pastry to top it off! The cappuccino had the froth heart...I never saw that in person, loved it!
All I can say is that they are the Pastry Kings around these parts. The coffee is quite excellent too
Found this randomly and WOW it was good! Food so fresh! The waiter was so friendly and actually very funny! Baked goods are the gorgeous and taste yummy!
Their cookies were delightful. That's what I went to get. The girls are super nice too and they really are patient with customers with questions like me! You could definitely see they uphold family tradition, recipes and the pride of their amazing work. I'll be back for some more cookies!
The best Italian pastries I ever had So fresh crispy delicious. So many choices. Nice people. Great stop to eat something light too.
