Outstanding experience. I don’t usually eat Chinese food and now I’ve changed my mind. I’ll come here every time I’m craving some. Anthony was one of the best waiters I’ve had in a long time. He was very a attentive and gave us good suggestions. In a post covid world you don’t usually get service like this. Thanks Anthony for making our time a P.F. Chang’s memorable.
I am going to tell right away, that we came in Monday for lunch. It was not very busy, but the place had only 2 waiters and a bartender. So the wait time was 15 min to sit at the table, we choose to sit on the bar. The food was delicious, wonton soup is enough to feed 2 people, so I can recommend to share it, it was exceptionally delicious in my opinion. The service was friendly, but not fast, since we knew, that they didn’t have enough people, we were patient and it didn’t bother us, we were not in a hurry. If you are the person, who likes service to be fast, keep that in mind. The only bad thing was, that the dishes that they brought were dirty, when we asked to changed it, they apologized and changed right away. Otherwise I am looking forward to eat wonton soup and sweet and sour chicken again in this place.
Just wanted to go on here and talk about my experience at pfchangs today. Me and my husband decided to come for dinner where we were greeted by our server Anthony. Upon him taking our order another table kept trying to get his attention. He said he would be with them in a moment. He went put our order in, and went to that table and helped them. As he was bringing us our dinner this table proceeded to yell across the restaurant asking for sauces from him and other wait staff. He was busy since we were not the only table he had which we understand. This table made our whole experience very uneasy because let’s be honest who wants to eat while people are yelling a restaurant. My husband was very uneasy about the whole situation, even with all that going on Anthony’s attitude and demeanor never changed, he continued to come up to us with a smile. We will be coming back because not only was our food great but our server was amazing! I hope you see this Anthony and have a better day! Was served by anthony and he was a great host! Very attentive and nice and welcoming also bilingual in speaking Spanish! Provided great customer service and made me mood enjoyable. Was here for a birthday for my cousin and anthony really did a great job in serving us! Check it out!
Friendly and relaxing environment for a mall attached location. The Rising Dragon drink is very tasty and the Chang’s Mai Tai. For appetizers you would have to try the chicken lettuce wraps, shrimp dumplings (steamed/fried), Dynamite Shrimp all are very good and delicious. For an entree Northern Ribs are a must. My wife had the ribs and couldn’t get enough of them. P.F. Chang’s I will visit again thank you for a pleasant experience.
Made a reservation, was seated promptly during the rush hour, our server Anthony at the Willowbrook mall location was on point! Our food and drinks were amazing and we will definitely be returning soon!
Mongolian Beef was tasty and well seasoned
Staff was great and very nice My friend got his appetizer, when he was done the waitress asked if we wanted to order dinner and I said I would prefer waiting for my appetizer. About 20 min later my soup came and was barely warm. My friend ordered the steak but even though it’s on the menu , they don’t have it anymore. They have great fried rice but the pineapple fried rice is just basically white rice with some pineapple in it. Meal was tasty but I’ve had way better at other PF’s. Maybe they were having an off night. I would try it again but wasn’t way impressed for a 1st impression
My wife and I had a great experience at PF Chang’s. Our waiter.. Anthony was by for the best waiter we’ve ever had. Always checked in on us making sure everything was going well. Real professional and polite. He explained the food and drink menu perfectly. Anthony is the greatest!!
I enjoyed my first experience here! I ordered the short ribs with pineapple fried rice and it was delicious. Try “Chang’s Mai Tai” if you want a strong mixed drink (like a Long Island iced tea). It was worth the $12. The restaurant was clean and the service was timely and friendly. I would return. This would be a nice date venue.
