Really nice place, you don't see places like this in local area. It's clean, spacious and I like the choice of meals. There might be a waiting time, seems they don't have a big staff but not bad at all.
Love this brand/franchise. They have never disappointed me. Breakfast foods are so delicious. Drinks are really good as well and the customer service is great.
One Of their lady employee she said she is supervisor, 2 weeks ago she really misbehaved with customers. Also she said she don’t care about customers. If it’s going like this Manhattan bagel will lose their reputation as fast as possible.
They NEVER answer their phone! And they constantly screw up my order. I order the avocado BLT because it doesn't have mayo (i'm allergic) it used tomato spread instead and they NEVER FAIL to use mayo??? Probably the 5th time. They employees must be dense as heck at this location.
Disgusting bagels, weird cream cheese taste, and they don’t even bother to spread it, for the price 0/10. Last time coming back.
The most incompetent bagel place I’ve ever stepped foot in. Out of all the times I’ve gone in they have not once gotten the order right. Zero reason to go here considering the other amazing bagel places and delis in the area.
Love their grilled cheese and turkey bacon it’s the best. The manager are great people the good service. Great place to go eat. Highly recommended to people.
Really nice attractive wide open space with lots of table & chairs. Staff is very nice & friendly. Menu item I ordered indicated it would come with scrambled eggs. My eggs were served as an omlet served on a tasteless white roll. The hot chocolate drink was pretty tasteless also like someone had shorted on the powder that goes to make it. But I'm willing to try this place again. Next time I'll try a different menu item & emphasize that I want the eggs scrambled. I'm going to forgo the hot drink & make my own at home. If they strike out again then I'll give up on them.
