10/10 One do the friendliest food/drink places at this mall! Other establishment make you feel like a nuisance and always have a nasty attitude for no reason at this mall >:/. The workers are always so nice and I appreciate their efforts, especially since they are always so packed. I always make sure to tip them at least $5 (sometimes less if I’m broke or forget my money at home.) But seriously, the weekday workers are my favorite and deserve props for just being so overly welcoming and awesome. I’ll pick a bone if anyone gives them a hard time >:/ The drinks are also good! Once, one of the drinks I bought my friend (his usual drink) tasted a bit funky, so he went to talk to them and they sorted out the situation nice and thoroughly! He was content with the service, so again, my favorite shop and group of employees!!- Sammie

One of the best Bobas I’ve ever had! The bubbles are perfectly tender and sweet! I asked for a drink with brown sugar and they gave me this one. Literally perfection! Super friendly staff as well.There’s only one size for drinks and I paid $6.60 for mine.
I'm a regular and after having an issue with finding a small metal piece in my drink. The owner contacted me to rectify the issue immediately, she was very understanding and concerned about the issue. She knew who I was and was so upset this happened to a regular customer. I was appreciative of her care/concern. She Refunded my order and investigated the issue so it will not happen again. This was a total shock surprise because I frequent here so much and never had an issue. It's typically a very clean environment and the staff are so pleasant.
They literally treat customers so nicely, everything is super hygienic and the tea comes out really fast! Amazing service.

Tea is pretty gud and asking for extra money to give extra empty glass which is not very impressive hmm
I really love this place, It has the best tea drinks, especially if you're a fan of strawberry flavor!
