Staff at the Wayne location is friendly.This store always makes great sandwiches the way you want them.I am a regular customer and always go to this location.
Ordered 5 subs for the office and not only didn’t they label them, they are much smaller then they used to be and cheese steak was a dry tiny brick, don’t go here.
Jersey Mikes is a new place for us. We've heard about them, but only recently have we ordered out or eaten in. The Wayne NJ location is okay. This is our second Jersey Mikes location we've purchased from. The staff were friendly and know their product. All staff were busy with either assisting customers or making sandwiches. The store was clean and I would have been okay eating in. The sandwich ordered was fresh and tasty. I should've ordered the large instead of the regular. It was that good.
Please don’t order anything from their online menu. U will be shocked at their prices for their inferior sandwiches. Anyone that don’t post prices must have a reason ... walked in and was greeted with a “ yeah”? Stop supporting these franchises ur better off doing business with ur local merchants who are happy to see u and deliver a better product. Honestly I’ve had better food at my son’s little league snack bar ***stay away ***

I am usually not one to leave reviews but I have to say Amazing friendly staff!!! I wish i Asked their names But i was there today around 11:15 and the three workers were soooo incredibly nice
I have only been to this location about 3 times and it has never been a bad experience, but the last time I went I wish I didn't have to take my food to go! The team working at the time had a synergy and a method that was smooth. They genuinely looked like they enjoyed working with each other and were very kind to the customers. I just had to ask them their names... so I hope this gets to you Devon, Wajid, Dominique, Brandon, next time I will be sure to have lunch there.
I worked here for a month and immediately left. My general manager sent me nude videos of him with no consent at all & also totaled my car to get “mayo & coffee” for the store. they took no measures to hold him accountable for this & he still works there. do yourself a favor, and save your kids the trauma from working there. in humane to say the least.
I would not support a place where the manager Wajid McNeil totals his employees car on a delivery and provides ZERO support in paying for the damages. And only gets “written up” what type of management is that? He deserves no valuable income coming into his store. I recommend jersey mikes in Pompton plains
