Save yourself the time and money with this lousy Jersey Mike’s location. Employees need to pay closer attention to what the customer is asking for. Subs are sloppy and thrown together. Many times the bread is so brittle it falls apart in your hands. This review is not just based of just one bad experience. Unfortunately, tonight was my last trip to this location.
Went there on a Saturday night and everyone behind the counter was so hospitable! I don't even live near this particular location but I would seriously drive back there based on the exceptional customer service alone!
I don't like to give a bad review but the bread was over baked but I give them the benefit of the doubt because they're hospitality was A1 and I know they just opened recently and they're a little slow but hopefully in time they'll improve
Love Jersey Mikes, but this has to be the worst location when it comes to order accuracy! I’ve been ordering here for years and they’ve messed up the smallest orders and the largest orders countless times over and over again! Unreal! Unfortunately i’ll have to drive a but farther to the next closest location instead of going through this over and over again!
Ordered online, came to pick up and it took 15 extra minutes for the cold sandwich to be made (hot sandwiches were already made and sitting the whole time). Got back to work, one sandwich was missing, another was completely messed up. I called, talked to multiple people, finally the woman asks if I want the 2 sandwiches refunded (yes). Then she said have a nice day and hung up. I have no idea if the sandwiches and extras like extra cheese were refunded, no apology whatsoever. Place is a zoo.

Ordered the #13 and it did not disappoint - Mike's Way of course. Only way to go if you want that Jersey vibe of oil and vinegar dripping down your chin! Friendly late afternoon crew.
