The front desk was very mean and rude! Kept rolling my eyes at me. Never had a worse front desk person ever. Would not take my coupon...like???
Wanted to place a large order on short notice. I placed the order online and was called within minutes to discuss a change due to short notice. The young lady who called was very helpful in addressing the timeframe and the item replacement. Food was delivered early, there were ample portions and recipients said it was delicious. Thank you for helping to comfort and feed our friends at a very difficult time.
I had the drunken grandma pizza pie deal for $17 and upon tasting it, I knew right away this was the best around. The combination between the crust the cheese and the vodka sauce the balance was absolutely perfect. The texture was crunchy on the outside and cooked to perfection on the inside. I had about a 15 minute wait once I arrived but it was well worth the wait. Perfection isn’t instant.
Ordered a grandma pie & a regular pie both half plain & half sausage. Delovery was a bit long, about an hour and a half. The grandma pie was outstanding but had very little sausage on it. The plain pie was just ok but came with pepperoni instead of sausage like we ordered.
We ordered food at 5:45, didn't get until 2 hours later, terrible customer service, by the way, the place is on 7 minutes away, not to mention have gotten raw chicken from them in the past, and have gotten many orders wrong from them, like not even close, 3 strikes your out
What can I say about this place. For starters I have come home from work 2 times to have food left on my stoop because they confuse my address with someone else’s! Both times I have driven the food to the correct place. Luckily down the street. Food is good but the service lacks..I have ordered dinner to be picked up a bunch. A few times it hasn’t even been prepared when my husband or I get there to pick it up! As I type this my husband is there waiting to pick up and order that I placed an hour ago. They said 20 min…he got there and it wasn’t even ready. I’m not sure what is happening but they need to get it together, I have not typed up a review because the food is good but this was the last straw. I won’t be ordering again
First time ordering here and it's horrible. Ordered chicken parm and the chicken has a weird flavor and is grey and rubbery. The Buffalo calamari was just slop in a dish. All thrown together and falling apart. The rigatoni bollgnese was pasta with chunks of cut up meatball. Horrible dinner. Would never recommend this place.
Very friendly staff and great food . There eggplant is awesome.
