When I first saw they built this dunkin in Wayne I was happy. I was looking forward to quick service espeically because this is a new dunkin but there is always an issue. They are very selective about how they let into the building to come in and order so they won't let u in but if it's someone else they know they eill let them in to take their order and you'll have to wait in the drive through line. Which is LONGGGG all the time. Its always packed. The service is slow. They won't let you in. They mess up orders. It's a lot. They need to do better
Horrible, since pandemic service has been super slow and orders mostly wrong every time. I gave this place a year to improve and its getting worst. Trash always full and overflowing. Stay away. I would give 0 stars if possible.
0 stars. It looks like they hire LITERALLY ANYBODY at this location. Nobody is ever in uniform, they get your order wrong, and it’s always different employees everytime I go. You could tell they don’t know what they are doing. The garbage is still full like the picture posted, sometimes they don’t answer you when you go to drive-through (then you drive around to the window & indeed they are open and working) I’ve even gone during hours where they will put a sign in front of the drive-through saying “closed.” I only go to this dunkin if it’s in the direction of where I am going. Today I ordered a latte and it tasted like water and milk.. by far the worst I’ve ever had. I didn’t even bother driving back because It took the employee about 5 mins to press the right button on the cash register to put in my order (which tells me they dk what they are doing) This dunkin is in dire need of new management.
Visited Dunkin donuts in Wayne....took at least 20 minutes on the drive up line to finally get my order of 2 small coffees...the "gentleman" at the window lacked customer service skills!!!! ? Awful ..wasn't able to drink our coffees since the coffee dripped constantly from the rim of the cover..I needed to use an entire box of tissues to wrap around the cups. What a waste....fix your cups!!!! as well as train your employees in customer service! You've lost me as a customer and will be sharing my experience on social media
This is the worst Dunkin ever. For the past month every morning my coffee is wrong. I go there once a day and order the same thing. How can you get 1 coffee wrong EVERYTIME!!!! The sticker on the cup is right...but the coffee is wrong. . It's horrible

Even though they were busy due to the HS kids being there, the employees were friendly and got orders out fast and right.
Slowest service in town. Prices going WAY UP, and the service going WAY DOWN. $9 for 6 donuts? ? You pay for one thing and get something different. Both cars in front of us had issues. The one in front of us didn’t get everything they ordered. The worker thought it was ours but it was supposed to be for the car before us.Then they tell us they don’t have the donuts we ordered.They literally had so many workers crowded by the drive through window, so there’s no excuse for how slow they are.Managers, please manage.

DO NOT ORDER AHEAD! This location is entirely drive thru focused - if you order ahead online they won't start your order until you're both in the store AND let them know you're waiting. Took over 25 minutes to make 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. Even for Dunkin chain standards this was unimpressive see
