The absolute worst place I have ever ordered from. Placed order at 6:50 pm by 9pm the food hadn’t shown up w the workers on the phone saying give the driver 10 more minutes. All liars and the worst customer service ever. do not order from here, who knew getting a pizza (and an average pizza even) would be so complicated.
5 star for their delivery guy who forgot to bring my soda and who bought soda from outside of this location in order to make their customers happy.. thank you for fixing missing item problem in very short time( i did not even open pizza box the driver just bring my soda in couple minutes)Thank you and sorry for not mentioning about drivers name..
Pizza came thin, burnt and in square cuts, i couldnt complain in the app after buying the pizza because on the tracker, it said they were still checking quality even after the pizza was delivered. Pizza didnt taste anything good. I couldnt see where my pizza was at all since it said alex was still checking quality, it said that the pizza was on the way for a second with bob but after around 30 seconds, it again said alex was checking quality. I also didnt have any 1s or 5s on me at the moment, but even thought i made it pretty obvious that i didnt want to tip, he was still waiting for me to tip. So i just got some 1s from somewhere and gave it to him. Over all bad experience and i dont think i am going to order from dominos again
Order from here the pizza came under cook and the delivery guy came left the pizza at the door and didn't call or ring the doorbell . So I had to call to find out my pizza been outside for 20mins.
Ooof what can I say? Terrible service from management, rude insults and undercooked chicken wings. I get supply chain and labor issues but this location makes any Little Cesar's look gourmet. Save yourself the time and aggravation by just slabbing sauce and cheese on an English muffin.
Order was placed at 1:09pm. They began “quality checking it at 1:19.After not receiving any updates and the kids getting restless I called for an update at 2:29 (Hour and twenty minutes after the order was placed and an hour an 10 minutes after they began “quality checking”I was told “Its been sitting here can you come pick it up? I said no I can’t, so he said well you’re going to have wait another 30 minutes or so Im backed up I dont have a driver” I said well is it going to be ice cold being that it’s already out? He said no it just got out are you sure you just can’t come pick it up? I said no cancel and he replied ok no problem. Who knows how long I would have waited if I didn’t call for an update.
Don't order Domino's Pizza from this location. Service is horrible causing the food to be horrible. This is not the only time I had problems with them from rude delivery service to inedible food. I ordered a medium pie and chicken wings for delivery. It took over 1hr 30min to arrive. When it did the pizza looked like it was reheated from the previous day and it was ice cold. The chicken seemed under cooked. There was no salvaging this. I had to throw it all away. What a waste of my time and money and I was still hungry. This will be the last time I order from them. If I could I would give zero stars.
I am leaving this review not so much for the company as the pizza is ok but the establishment is organized and clean but I am giving 5 stars for the workers that are working on Christmas. Here I am ordering pizza and at home spending time with family on Christmas and these people are working. I appreciate Y'all. I didn't get everyone's name there that was working that shift. Kayla was very polite and handed me my order. That's the only name I got. I think it was 5 people working but I would like to get you guys a gift card to show my appreciation.
@dominos I had the most horrible experience with Dominos delivery. The delivery guy drove off without properly communicating and the store manager laughed at us when we tried to explain our situation and asked for fresh pizza. Store #3960I will not order again from @[email protected] Store manager said, "Call the corporate I will not give my name because I don't want to loose my job" We requested to get fresh Pizza and waiting 2 hours receive our [email protected] The delivery didn't even wait when we told him that wait until we call the store manager, he drove off speeding in our community. The delivery guy also yelled at us saying "Microwave your pizza and eat"[email protected] I have been ordering #Dominos for the longest time and never experienced this service before. After this horrible service the manager didn't agree of giving us the credit back, so will probably never order again!
Pizza came cold, the store manager didn’t want to replace the order. The delivery guy drove off while we were talking to him and yelled at us for complaining about the cold pizza. Horrible service and probably will never again order from dominos ever again! #dominos
