I have not been there since 2019, I appreciate the change in this establishment. The games are spread out and there are hand sanitizers everywhere. The staff could be more attentive with the games, example paper out in the sketch game and was out of it for an hour and a half.
Drove a little over an hour just to come for the animatronics. The show stage here is called the Road Stage and everyone except Chuck E Cheese is halfway in a box. There are around 11 or so of these stages left. These lovable characters that most of us grew up with are going to be ripped down and destroyed in a few months so go see them while you can.
Perfect place for family time my kids had a blast but not recommended to order food. It will take them forever to make a pie of pizza and everyone knows hungry kids patience. I recommend to have food at Panera bread next door
Clean and fun for the kids. I wish the games did not all give the same amount of tickets no matter what. And the prizes could be better for the amount of money parents spend there.

Great place for the kids but we need some changes like instead of taking picture in the front the workers should put back the hand stamp and the workers should check the both bathrooms cause there are little children in there getting abuse by the older ones and maybe the workers should check that out in the both bathrooms to see if the little childrens are oh okay and the child should always be with a parent just to watch them only went the children go to the bathroom. And the customers should treat the workers nice and in this place you need a guy as a manager that will take care of the workers there.
Me and my children had a great experience today. They had a worker cleaning all the machines off after somebody used it and the food is pretty good. My only complaint would be is some machines started stopping & saying it was out of paper or jammed.
Really nice locations!!!! I love it when I went there it was packed only at 11 I will probably go to this location again thanks for having just nice service!
Smiles are abound at this location for the kids. They light up with intrigue and wonder. The pizza was so good that my wife wants to go back just for the pickup. Lol. I docked a star for some minor things; Chuck E ‘s animatronic was not operational, some games/rides were down, the tickets grab box only flew like 10 tickets giving the experience a lackluster feel and the entrance operator needs to be more vigilant with taking photos of you and your kid and double checking while leaving. But overall it was a really good time. We are definitely going back.
Great pizza ? ? clean play area, fun and really on point workers! We had a great time.
