It’s a busy Chipotle, often times even at hours when it is supposed to be slow. This location is run by mostly Dominicans, who do a solid job; the fact that they have a tight ship of employees is a sign that this is a good Chipotle location (considering that most locations have a HUGE turnover rate). The only downside is that often times you will wait, even for an online order, but it’s not terrible.
The staff was nice enough to. I went around 8 pm on a Tuesday and you could tell they were all tired but going as fast as they could but the place was packed. Almost every chair was filled by the time I left and the line was at the entrance. The food was standard Chipotle which was good. I got my steak bowl. Could have been faster but I get there were a lot of people.
I just ordered chips and guac and I ended up with cheese in my guacamole. Also the chips don’t have any salt or lime on them. Taste really bland. There was also no onions or cilantro in the guac as you can see in the pictures. :(
i came to chipotle today been craving it for the past week now thinking it’s about to be good and worth the wait. let me just say it was horrible, i went with my mom and brother. the staff they was alright but the portions were ridiculous the girl put not even half of scoop of rice. ik they get introuble due to giving too much food but paying 15 dollars for half a bowl is crazy. i literally spent 45 dollars just on two bowls and a burrito idk how but yea i’m not going back. atleast give a generous amount
I have now received meat in my veggie orders 4 consecutive times. 3 times in a burrito and now once in a quesadilla. It’s obvious that it’s intentional at this point. I was willing to give this location the benefit of the doubt the first couple times, but at this point they are blatantly disregarding order requests. I was an employee at chipotle for over a year, it’s not difficult to not put meat in a VEGGIE order. I will not be ordering from this location again until something changes.
The food was alright, but the customer service was abysmal. The lady who supplied the ingredients had given very small portions that aren’t up to the standards of other Chipotle’s I’ve been to. She wasn’t even really communicative and when I tried thanking her and somebody else, I was ignored. The only one who acknowledged me was the lady at the register. I would suggest going to the locations on Route 17 for better service.
Never in my life had I ever had an issue with Chipotle. HOW are you out of guac, beans, AND SODA at 8:00 PM… This store needs better management because obviously they don’t know how to order/stock.
Have not been there in a while and as I drove by it decided to stop for some food. The reasons why im giving it a 2 is because! Only taking card no cash payment! They had no black beans only pinto and when I got to drink fountain it had no ice in it- when I mentioned it to the cashier the answer was ,yes I know-finished eating my food and still did not see. anyone putting ice in the soda machine and last but not least the garbage cans inside the restaurant where overflowing with trash. I mean after waiting in line for 15 minutes I’m expecting good food and service
I received STEAK in my VEGGIE BOWL(I'm VEGETARIAN) ALONG WITH AN EMPLOYEE'S PIECE OF HAIR. I'm surprised they didn't charge me $2.55 for the strand of employee hair like they do for guac. Extra pRoTeIn, huh...? I was sick to my stomach. The worst part about this was that the manager only gave one free bowl to "compensate." This incident left me without an appetite for days, so screw you you squatty pieces of caca.Another incident(prior): Don't even think about coming here... better off sleeping for dinner. If you want a normal amount of rice then make it yourself cuz babe you're getting one small scoop and that's it. I was so excited when my mom brought home Chipotle until I tasted it.. it tasted like doo-doo. Alongside the burrito bowl, this Chipotle caters rude employee girls on the side(for free)... Rawrrrr!*LET'S BE CLEAR HERE: the one star is only for the one Spanish girl that told me I had nice eyebrows.

The attitude I received from the other workers is honestly ridiculous. The cashier gave me and my friends so much attitude for no reason. She handed me a crushed drink cup. Every time I go to this Chipotle its another problem with customer service. Chipotle, can you please hire kind and respectful people!!!
