Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever eaten from. Every time I order from there, items are missing… I ordered and paid extra for a large fry and it’s only a small amount in there. Please check out the picture and receipt. THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN. In person and delivery. Will not be eating from this location anymore.
This location is nowhere near a military post so it was nice to stop by when in the area and find a place who recognized service members. Now they have no military discount at all. Not even a reduced discount. They gave no reason to stop supporting military. They just don't do it anymore. I would still go back here if they had a reason. But it's kind of suspicious to abruptly stop like that, so I'll just eat closer to me from now on. Maybe they don't like military anymore.
Excellent food, on par with the other Chick-fil-As however double bogey on the service; it was the slowest one I've been to. I did go during prime lunch hour but to be fair I've been to the one in the city where the line was around the block and I still got my food quicker. I think this one needs to work out the kinks on efficiency.
This place gave me me my worst chick fila experience made me wait for my order for 30 mins when I had ordered on the app and the app told me to go in and pick up my order but I had to wait almost 40 mins then I asked where’s my order they said they had to make its very bad service don’t waste your time here go to another location this place doesn’t fit chick fila service policy they are very bad at it also my food was not the best as well the lettuce was black on the tips I definitely recommend going to another location
I like this location it was a very crowded. I was in and out probably 8 minutes. The staff are friendly as usual which is part of the Chick-fil-A model. And the food was delicious I ordered a salad and a spicy deluxe. Absolutely no complaints I'll definitely come again.
I love Chick-fil-a. They were very busy, but ordering didn't take too long, and we received our food quickly. I did have to go back to the pick up counter because I was missing two sandwiches, and the staff seemed annoyed, but overall it was a pretty good experience.
I ordered my food via their app. Once I got to the restaurant and followed the prompt, I waited beyond the time it said. Never knew it took an hour to cook a sandwich. The worst part is that the person next to was waiting the same amount of time for a lemonade. I canceled my order and got my refund. If I wanted to wait for my food, I would go to an actual restaurant.
I keep giving this location a chance and they always disappoint me. The wait is always long and there's always something missing from my order. The staff is pretty friendly but it seems like no one knows what they're doing. I've never had stale fries from Chic fil A until I started going to this location. I will not be going back
The food quality is equal to the others, but the problem with this store is that they get takeout orders for groups of 3 or more wrong at least 50% of the time. There is no chance you will drive all the way back to pick up the one sandwich they forgot to add or to change the one or two things they got wrong, so someone at my office always loses out. I know they are busy and the store is clean and nice, but it stinks when you're the one in the group that paid for something that's not there or is wrong.
Always a great experience, today was no exception. Janet was amazing she brought our order out before the expected time and she made my kids super happy! Thank you ?
