Good food. Constantly changing the menu. Multiple times we've ordered from somewhere else because they've removed menu items and we didn't have time to search through for something new. Bummer.
I ordered a grain bowl through DoorDash and it was extraordinarily expensive—about $30 with tax and tip. The driver never knocked to let me know the food was in my front porch and it spoiled. That’s a DoorDash problem. But the food itself was of poor quality. Did not remotely resemble photo from menu or description. Rice and lettuce were drowning in dressing so it was essentially a bowl of mush. DO NOT ORDER FROM CAVA!!!
I love Cava, overall. The food is great! But this location is the WORST! It can range from them leaving out side dressings to missing pitas to missing toppings! Like how do you mess up a order so bad that you don’t put topping in a bowl!? Someone needs to train these employees how to work and the meaning of quality check…
Let me start off by saying they have excellent food! It’s my favorite restaurant to go to, variety of choices but it’s so overpriced!! 17$ a bowl for just a little extra chicken??? Give more servings:))
Let me begin with saying we absolutely love cava. This review is more so for the manager Rinaldi.So we got a bowl with veggies. They were low on veggies so the server requested if we could do half and half and we agreed. They were also low on the brown rice but then they got more. It so happens when we get home and start eating our bowls the rice was undercooked and raw. When we called the wayne branch to let them know the manager was like ok thank you for letting us know byyyeeeee. Well they definitely need to train people in customer service. Instead of offering us any some kind of compensation he was very quick to get off the call. Hopefully they teach him how to take care of their customers specially the ones who go there every week.
Good food. Their pickup orders often involve a moderate wait beyond the time scheduled, but the food is definitely worth it! Recommended!
Stopped here for lunch today! It was incredibly busy, but one employee really went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted (even with us being pretty picky). I believe her name is Arlette, she made sure we got exactly what we wanted and had a lot of patience with us!True rockstar!
It is very bad space, we are ordering from Cava once week around 4 to 5 meals and the last 5 to 6 weeks always we get the portions less than half. not full and almost empty so I don't know for what we pay? looks they decided to become very greedy.it is horrible. we have to think about not ordering from this greedy space.
Only missing a star because every time I order delivery, they forget my pita, also has happened on a pick up order as well. Otherwise the food is great but please stop forgetting my pita!
I had a piece of hair in my food and they even tried to serve me half cooked chicken. In addition to this I heard them speaking to an employee very badly. All of this during black history month at that !!! Outrageous!!! If I could give this store a half a star I would ! DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION 0/10 recommended.
