I wish I could give 0 stars for the horrible customer service!!! While my fiancé and I we’re trying to order they turn the lights off … both ladies at the front had attitudes because we wanted a second to think about what we were going to order. My fiancé wanted to get a vanilla milk shake and we were told they didn’t have any milk , which I find hard to believe considering it’s an ice cream shop. I would not recommend this location.

Decent products awful customer .. terrible.. we went in at 8:45 ( they close at 9). We ordered soft cones, the snippy high school girl said they closed the soft ice cream machine ?..ok so we ordered something else. As we were leaving a group of 4-5 people were coming in, again the rude high school girl told the group “ sorry we are closing...Whaaaa? She just turned away at least a $40.00 sale... I know it must be hard to get decent quality help these days, especially when u pay substandard wages, but I would think at least whom ever owns the business would be there to oversee operations or at least leave some one in charge. Leaving 2 girls in la la land to run a business seems crazy or the owners must have other priorities.
Nice little Ice cream parlor, many options available. A bit expensive than other parlor and would have liked if there were more counters. However the flavors are delicious, so would recommend it anyway.

I always go there with my kids and we love it. One star takes away for not training the new kid employees who didn't know how to prepare our order. My drink didn't taste good.
