Well besides the fact that they have screwed up my order several times I now find out they no longer make the Oreo Shake at this location. That's a good way to lose customers

I drove right past the restaurant twice… missed it completely as there wasn’t a single light turned on outside the location.... That should have been the first indication that this was not a good idea. As noted by other reviewers, the parking lot is very much in need of attention.As soon as I walked in, I was just amazed as to just how dirty and dingy the restaurant itself looked… and at a couple of points, my shoes were actually sticking to the floor. I counted 3 or 4 separate machines (two soda and the shake machine) that had signs posted on them that read ‘Out of Order’. The every stainless steel surface in the food prep area just looked like it needed a cleaning and just did not instill me with a sense of confidence that placing an order here was a good idea.There are other options for food in the area… I suggest going there instead.

Really bad drive through service. Good cold fries cold. Took 8 minutes to get someone to answer drive through then waited for order for 10. Don't know what's going on but worst burger king I've been to.

I Went to this Burger King 4/24/22 in the afternoon the guy who’s the shift leader working there was extremely rude he gave me cold food and when I called the store to complain and asked for the manager he yelled at me and hung up! Never will eat there again

Oh my...the parking lot needs resurfacing badly. The service depends on the crew working at the time. It's been fast and smooth, or unacceptable. Hit or miss. Going down down down

They refuse to accept coupons despite the app telling them too

They don't participate in BK rewards?! What is up with that? I am contacting corporate....

Can't properly fulfill an order for 2 sandwich orders and 1 meal order even when essentially no other cars in the drive through. makes me question whether staff are just lazy and don't care about the orders they get or if they just cant even do simple addition.

The whole point of a mobile order is to order ahead. It was a Sunday night and I was the only person in the drive thru. I ordered an impossible burger for my husband who doesn't eat meat outside of the house. 5 minutes of waiting and the guy comes out "we don't have impossible today. Want chicken? Or a veggie burger with just the veggies" I paid for a double patty impossible burger. I seemed frustrated and told him my husband doesn't eat meat. So he leaves for another 5 minutes and comes back "so chicken?" I'm like whatever just give me anything. Leaves for another 5 minutes. I wanted to drive off! Never again!

Burger King drive-through or pick up counter always gives you the wrong order and they are nasty they need to change personnel as soon as possible
