A mouse ran across our feet. We ordered 20 wings and got 15. Nobody to greet or seat us. Food was comp. Manager was nice. We have a video of the mouse. It was resolved by a guy with a spray bottle that sprayed pesticides next to us while we were eating. The wings were good. The floor was very sticky everywhere. Disappointed.

Honestly every time I go to this place I regret it more and more. I truly don’t know how a chain restaurant can have such bad service, from my last 10 visits 1 was only good and that was because it was 9 on a Tuesday. Parsippany Location is far better. An example of bad service was the server took out complete order brought the rest of my tables food out and never got mine, she said should be coming out soon, she avoided me the whole rest of the night and finally when everyone else was done she said it’s the next order I told her cancel and bring the check, she threw the check on the table and walked away. Numerous times have I got my meal before the appetizer not sure how that happens more then once but at this location anything is possible.

Good place, but you guys need to start communicating with your customers when you decide to close. We traveled 25 minutes only to find out that you closed for a commercial shoot. It takes 2 minutes to update on Google that you are closed. Not the first time this happens. Food and staff are great. We come here weekly.

Service was very slow seemed like they were more interested in talking to each other then checking on tables and this place don't sell fried wings the wings we did receive had no flavor no seasoning at all!!!! And how do you mess up on a chicken Caesar salad too much dressing took too long to get to the table that's ridiculous!!! Next time I'll go to HOOTERS!!! I prefer their view better than all them TVs showing reruns of sports!!!

There is always an issue at this location. I've had food missing, incredibly tiny portions, super long (+1hr) waits, and general unpleasantness from workers. Tonight was the last straw. I went in to order take out since ordering online was an estimated hour long pick up time. I had to wait for someone to come out from the back of the restaurant as I can only assume the woman is also working in the kitchen? She comes out and I try ordering a standard boneless wings with fries combo. She tells me it's not possible to order that. How is it not possible to order wings and fries from BWW? I'm thinking obviously this person is new, they do not know what they're doing. So I decide I will head inside to the actual restaurant. First thing I notice is a line waiting to be seated. Next thing I notice is how many tables are widely available. I took one look at the chaos, understood just how understaffed the place was, and about-faced out of the location. Clearly there is a serious problem with staffing, I hope this pushes workers to unionize/advocate for high wages so that they aren't spread so thin. It really reflects poorly on buffalo wild wings when you can't get simple bar food out.

The food was awesome. Loved the variety of the cuisine and drinks available.

This place is all kinds of bad unfortunately. I never leave reviews, and always keep an open and understanding mind everywhere I got but it is hard to do so here.The three times I’ve been here, the servers have been sweet. But they can only do so much. When it’s not busy, expect to wait 30+ minutes for food. When it is, expect an hour. And the food we’ve recieved has always been sub par and cold.What gives this one star is the dirtiness and the management. I saw a rat when walking to the bathroom, and the entire time we ate last time, there were dirty tables everywhere. And the management! Insane. So disorganized, so unprofessional. No wonder they’re short staffed, I could never work under a mangement like that. I overheard waitresses complaining about them once as well. It seems many people as well have had very negative experiences with the management. How can you have a properly run business with a disorganized and unprofessional team of leaders? So messy, I can’t say I’ll ever be going back.

The location is short staffed which means you have to be patient when ordering, I have been to this location a couple times. Each time they have made it up with there understanding and exceeded my expectations either good or bad. Not everything is perfect but I dealt with Nia and the management team and they care about the customer 1000% because they made sure I was satisfied with the service I was provided. Will definitely be back!!!!

Ordered wings for Super Bowl 2 weeks before Super Bowl, arrived 30 min after expected arrival time of 3:30. Waited for 2 hours, left without food at 6:15.Waited in a crowded area. They would simply call the name out and you hope its yours. No check in process, no estimate time of completion.I expect these guys will be out of business at some point.Called 9 times to request a refund, multiple employees hang up the phone. Not sure if I will get a refund.I would recommend against supporting a business that has toxic business practices and unhappy / insubordinate employee.

Picked up my order... Wings were horrible... Fries were cold and old... Yes they forgot the carrots, celery and blue cheese dressing... Called them... said Manager was busy and unable to come to the phone...Preparing for Super Bowl... Note: Today is Friday! Wouldn't give me his name and wouldn't give me her name... Put me on hold and never came back... Guess I won't be going back... Yuck!!!!-Abby
