Brandon helped us out at the register. Went out of his way to make sure our order was correct. Can’t go wrong with Blaze pizza!Just a recommendation for Blaze, please remove the Gorgonzola off the Veggie option. Gorgonzola on pizza is just bad =(Thanks to the Manager here for swapping out pizza out after realizing the taste was really off due to the Gorgonzola. Thank you! Great customer service
The blaze pizza in Wayne was absolutely amazing. The girl working there, I believe her name was Mery did my order amazingly and was extremely polite. I appreciate her service since I am hard of hearing and its usually difficult to order food in other places. I specifically asked for her name since she did an amazing job. 10/10 would come back again. ?
I went to blaze pizza and had a great experience thanks to the worker named Mery. She is an excellent and fast worker/. I would definitely be going back. 10/10
All the employees were super helpful and gave me great advice on what to order. They walked me through the menu and explained every item. And the food was excellent! I can definitely recommend the white top pie!
For starters while ordering a build my own, the woman working only put on a VERY few pepperoni. At most maybe 5 slices. Kept moving to the next section before I was done ordering and rushing while making faces and rolling eyes the whole time. To top it off the pizza was not left in long enough and was VERY soggy. After being asked to leave it in longer the person on the register gave a lot of attitude and said it won't stop being soggy when it's a pizza that's been ordered many times over two years. It was extreamly unprofessional. The only worker was the original one that was writing on the papers and prepping.
I am only giving the Willowbrook mall location this rating. All the others I have been to including the one in Newark that opened up years ago to a more current one at the Livingston location are awesome. The counter person making pizza did that did my build your own keto crust made it feel like I was being a pain for asking for toppings. Then when I get it out of the oven it was soggy. I have had same thing with twice amount of toppings and it was crispy. I politely just asked them to put back in for a little bit and he goes keto crust will not ever be crispy, it only comes soggy. I told him I have fitted the keto crust like for 2 years now and never soggy. He put it in for about 60seconds more which I new would not be done but I just wanted to get out of there.

I went in to have lunch with my family yesterday and it wasn't the best dining experience (the place was a mess) but my family enjoys the food so I looked past it. We took leftovers home from our meal and today as I take a bite of the last slice I feel something very hard and metal like. To my unfortunate surprise, I pull what looks like a meeting nail out of my mouth ? I can only thank God it was in a slice I had and not one of my young children. The staff needs to do a better job of keeping things clean and orderly
Normally I don’t review based on the workers, because I get it, a lot of the time they’re busy and can’t make a huge effort to be extra nice or polite. But the two workers today were incredibly rude, and I was one of 4 customers in the store, so it wasn’t out of stress from being busy.
