This place has the best , highest quality sliced salmon in the state. The place is literally overrun with customers from time to time but the young ladies there do work together and make it successful.
Never gets order right. Today we ordered a Taylor ham and egg on everything bagel with salt pepper ketchup. Got Taylor ham and cheese with no egg. I understand places are short handed and busy but come in.
The would rather have someone wait 20 mins to bring an order from the other store than make it. Not great customer service. It's was a favor I asked I paid money for it. Never wasting a cent here again!

The food wasn't good. It was digestible but way too expensive. I paid $6.66 for a cheese quesadilla and I will not be back. All they did was place it in a tortilla grill it and cut it up. The presentation was lackluster as well. Yes they are nice but it took seven minutes for that. You can get better elsewhere.
I've tried ordering in person, calling in my order, and texting my order . . . all with the same result - INCORRECT order. And my orders are comically simple. Their favorite go-to move is always omitting or using a cheaper ingredient. When I go back to have the order fixed, it's always begrudging correction after back-and-forth and an eye roll. It kills me with the text orders as the receipt is correct but the order just executed incorrectly. WHYYYYYYY!?!?! **Kenan Thompson voice**
Decent food but always crowded on weekends so we try to avoid unless desperate.
They screw up orders all the time. Maybe read the order back as you hand it over? Write details on the paper and foil with a marker? I asked for Taylor ham egg and cheese on a plain bagel and you gave me poppy seed bagel with cheese.You have a prime location, but I have to go elsewhere my order is wrong 50% of the time.
