My neighbors brought us, they have been going for years. Very relaxed, great music only downside was lack of menu items. All due to lack of cooks and servers(covid). Waitress was fantastic, warned us of the wait which wasn’t bad with music and drinks. Def going back and bringing more people. Yes, I’m old ? So I loved the crowd.
Good atmosphere. Friendly server. Much bigger than it looks from the front; lots of outdoor seating. There was live music the night we went which was nice. Follow their Facebook for daily food and drink specials and live entertainment. Food 5/10 based off the night we went. Will update as I try other things. I had a seafood & pasta dish - it was very oily for my taste and contained lots of shell. We also had a blackened Tuna that was a very tiny portion for the price. Clams casino app was really good and we liked their boardwalk fries.
Id give this place 0 stars if I could. Besides the mundane usual crowd, the place is kind of known for being hostile and OLD, the only new crowd you'll find are first timers. The waitress was great, I hope she is appreciated there as much as she should be.The music is incredibly loud, heard for even blocks down the street during "karaoke" nights. Loud does NOT equal better, good luck having any sort of conversation besides "WHAT?" "HUH?". Id love to buy the singer a drink just to shut them up once in a while. I really think this place has amazing potential for the new customer base around it. Making it more age-friendly considering the growing crowd around their establishment would really help. Serious changes should be made to future proof any hope of this business lasting beyond the ~10 years their current customer base has left to live. :lFood wasnt an option as stated by previous reviews so I decided to stick with things I knew I liked. Basically any beer that comes in a can... even then I wiped down the lip.I really wonder how this place stays in business, but where else can these kinds of people go? The Tavern shut down years ago!
So fun! They treat everyone like a regular! Always a great time here! OH and the food is FANTASTIC!

Really great place to get food and drinks. No frills service but our server was clearly by herself, the poor thing. Food was cheap and tasty, pretty quick for one server throughout the whole place.The cook came out to help bus and he had me and my husband laughing so hard. 5/5 for comedy, too.
Nice place if you want to be able to talk and have a drink. I hear good is delicious, but long island iced tea is on point.
Went there for the first time last night the bartender was very cool
Local dive bar that delivers solid grub. I had the prime rib sandwich and it was excellent. Don't go for the ambiance.
Ricky passed away known better known as Uncle Ricky and sorry to say cuz he was a good old boy as was his dad who was a great people person love to cook especially Italian bacala during the Christmas time and many other nice treats we were there recently and had and had smelts which is a treat along with meatballs and manicotti. Ricky will be sadly missed however it seems as though his employees is people are all carrying on with his tradition we enjoyed Roadhouse 4 us band and had a nice night and it was a good crowd
