We had booked a different companies food truck for an event that we are having in 4 weeks and they just canceled on us due to double booking the same date. We were referred to Top Shelf Mobile Cuisine and although they weren't available for our date I wanted to leave them a positive review based upon how they handled our last minute call. Not only did they take our call at almost 8 pm at night but they also tried to help refer us to other food truck vendors based on our food interest. Thank you for your professionalism and assistance, we will definitely remember you for the future!

Amazing food and friendly staff. It really is TOP SHELF food. The lamb chops are better than in any restaurant you have tried. You'll see :)
At a simple Saturday winery event. Started at 4. Out of 1/2 the menu by 6. Stopped taking orders at 6. Fewer than 150 people in attendance. Truck is completely swamped. Chef is yelling and flustered. Not very professional. Glad the wine is good.

Once again, I had the pleasure to enjoy TopShelf at the SJ Food and Wine festival this past weekend. Caprese salad, french french fries and the bourbon brie burger. The fries were PERFECT. crispy outside and soft inside, and stayed hot the entire meal. My SIL LOVED the burger. The flavors of the bourbon and brie with the caramelized onions...heaven! The Caprese was perfectly matched with pesto and balsamic glaze. Have not been disappointed yet!
