I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I’ve been coming to piccolo for a close to two years now and my experience in the beginning was always great - food, customer service, coffee, atmosphere, etc. I loved it, came to study, do work, relax, you name it.I don’t know what’s happened lately, but SOME of the staff are not that friendly, they barely say “hello” when you walk in, the store has been dirty, and the atmosphere isn’t as relaxing as it once was.I don’t know if it’s management, but something’s gotta give.I understand new workers are still learning but the last few times I’ve come in, I’ve had a new employee make my coffee and it was 90% milk… I don’t really want to pay close to $5.00 for my drink to be made wrong every time.I want to keep coming to Piccolo, it’s one of the best coffee spots in the area but employees and management not caring really impacts the experience.
The place is beautiful and very cozy. It feels like you are in a cabin. The lavender coffee ☕️ is amazing. The wraps are top notch and the customer service is remarkable. The lady that served us was patient and ensured we were all set and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Very cute warm welcoming little spot I tried the tiramisu cappuccino and a brownie they were delicious the cashier Addison was a sweetheart very polite and helpful this is one of my favorite little spots now.
A very quaint little place.Nice place to do work or read with a cup of caramel latte.Wi-Fi is available and many outlets.There quinoa and kale burger was phenomenal.They also had complimentary scones which gave the visiting experience a special feel.
Delicious food and friendly staff. They're very short staffed right now but it's easy to tell the employees are working their hardest. Indoor and outdoor seating are both equally charming. A total gem of a cafe.
Had the Italiano panini and butternut squash soup. Coffee was Very good and had my oat milk :). Very comfortable place and staff was nice. Place had a good vibe, definitely worth checking out.
Change your web to reflect that you are closed on Mondays. Trip Advisor also shows that you are open. Great you have outdoor seating but not if you are closed
