To be fair, we were a group of 12. It was clear the server was overwhelmed and could have used assistance. We had to ask for the basics you would expect to be on the table like sugar/sweetener and ketchup. The food was good but not great. The rolls and seasoned oil for dipping were very good, I would return for them. My companions that ordered breakfast enjoyed their selections. I had the cod special and found it to be somewhat bland, I should have tried the scallops. Portions were generous.
My food was extremely hot temperature wise which is what I like. I'm always happy with the quality of food here and the prices are reasonable. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I waited over 30 mins for my food while my party ate their entire meal and I wasn't comped a dessert or discounted anything even AFTER our server acknowledged they messed up! But I would recommend this place and come back☺️
When they first opened they were really good. Now it seems they sort of fell by the wayside. The last two times I went the food was lukewarm at best. The waiter seemed like he didnt want to be bothered and was in a hurry with everything. We had our appetizer and salad all at the same time and then 5 minutes later our main course. Very disappointed
We decided to go on a Friday night. They were super busy, but still was able to give us great service. This was our first time trying the green olive, and all I can say is great job! My fiancé got filet mignon and it was so tender and cooked perfectly. I got the chicken franchise with penne and everything about the dish was perfect! Our server was super busy but she was still very personable and if she couldn’t get something for us she would send another server with it right away. Food was great and so was the atmosphere. GREAT JOB we will be back!
Wonderful Restaurant and Bar! Probably the best in South Jersey. The food is exquisite with ample variety of dishes. The service is outstanding with three excellent bartenders: Beth, Christine and Tracy who will go out of their ways to make you feel great. The Owner Ibrahim is all about providing superb customer service. He will come out often to check in his customers and make sure that their drinking and eating experience at the Green Olive Restaurant is unforgivable!
The Pot roast was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes complimented the pot roast nicely and I never tasted broccoli so good. The chicken noodle soup was a meal in itself. Next time I'm going to sample one of the dozens of sweet selections
This great place is my new local favorite. Super clean, beautifully decorated, food is awesome and the staff is great! It's definitely not just another diner.
First time visiting and Rich, our server, went above and beyond with his service. The restaurant is very nice and has a nice ambiance. Definitely recommend coming to try out their delicious food. We ordered and recommend—-Appetizer: Traditional wingsEntrees: Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken; brick-oven PizzaDessert: the cheesecake! They have cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory.

Tried to order a pizza by using there order app.Waited 30 minutes to be finally took they didn’t have my order. Are you serious! After being told it would be a few more minutes! Then was told they didn’t have my order and I’m showing them my mobile order on my phone! The hostess showed the owner and he was worried he wasn’t getting paid for it! Show them my bank change that show it was paid for. So after all that they were going to make my pizza. Then was told that I was only getting a 12 inch pizza because that what they said was paid for. I said I ordered a 16 “ and didn’t want any pizza at this time considering I’m not getting what I ordered plus have to wait another 30 minutes.All of this for a 4.00 difference and with all this aggravation you would think they would want to please a new customer! If this is the way they treat a 16.00 pizza I would not recommend dining there! Such an amazing place but no customer service at all.The owner needs a customer service course!!Had to return to the Green Olive!I love Pizza and just had to try it! I ordered my 16” pieThe Quattro Formaggio! I waited patiently for my pizzaAlso order 2 cannoli’s .The owner came out with 2 pizzas.I was thinking someone else ordered one.
