Usually pretty expensive when ordered online on uber eats but whenever I do I usually get pretty good food! I always add extra sour cream and they never fail to give me a good amount. I always get the cravings pack and it’s just so good
Poor customer service. I placed an order and waited for over 10 minutes and my order wasn't placed in. I will never visit it again. And their was another waiting for a pickup order and it wasn't done. They were going to start it when she got there...UNBELIEVABLE
First of all drive-thru was crazy so I decided to go in they kept on taking orders for the drive-thru and not the people inside by the time I got my food it was a little cold when I got home my wife flipped out the words that came out of her mouth it's the last time I ever order from Taco Bell
They smashed my food! There's no way thus is inadvertent...

She was the first face I saw after working long hours and it was nice to be greeted so cordially. I understand that you guys work long hours as well w food and retail customer service..and sometimes its hard to put on a happy face..but we let it happen(which is a blessing in its own right) we honestly never know who our kindness will adhere to that day.
I am so mad right now I get to Taco Bell granted it is 11:50 PM but they are not supposed to close until 1 AM and they said they just felt like closing early tonight that is crazy
I don’t know if the employees here ever plan on moving up in life to get a better paying career but they literally cannot follow the SIMPLEST of instructions. No lettuce means FILL it to the brim with lettuce. With a half teaspoon of beef. They must treat their meat like gold here. This place is an absolute disgrace. I really hope the manager is reading this because I may not have managed a restaurant in my life, but I surely could do a better job than they are doing. What failures that work here.
Paying extra for a meat switch is understandable but cmon now, im eating 70% shell. thankfully i asked for no lettuce because im sure that would be majority in there. Its like the more they actually fill the taco the less the workers get payed. This happens notoriously often at this taco bell specifically & its just gotten to the point where i feel i actually have to take time to review this. Love taco bell but this location needs to pick up.

Staff are Always friendly and ready to take your order. Food is very good.
