Its so good, i love it. They only have this in New Jersey so when i come to visit my mom from tampa i make sure we go get some Rita's.
Staff is friendly, usually within 10 minutes i have my order. Rita's custard is the best around. Only complaint is not enough.
The person at the window only looked to push / sell what they already had made up & frozen it seemed like asking for something that wasn't frozen because they only had or sold out of that item in the flavor I wanted so when asked if it could be made it was like wow now ur going to make me wrk it's not that hard to put ice cream on a cookie & put the other cookie on top but this server seemed to b bothered by that o well chance of me going back very very slim they don't have much of a ice cream menu & there a bit pricey for what I was looking for I can get it from mr.softy for less & a bigger cookie to boot I myself would prefer going to a regular ice cream stand
