Forgot to put my side in the bag for my combo meal. Chicken is usually good. But service at this place… it’s hit or miss. They also are stingy about the sauces. If you get two family combos they usually only give you two sauces. Always need to ask for more and most of the time they say they can’t. I try not to go here because of that policy they have to follow.
Clean and neat....the bathroom needs to be renovated and attended to. I bought $12 worth of chicken with nothing to drink. I wanted a courtesy cup of water and they was going to charge me $1.50 for an 8 of cup...nope! I'm good! I'll go in my trunk and grab a hot 16 oz Poland spring!
Other than chicken being good customer service is horrible and indifferent at the window and the guy when you ask him a question says it’s in the bag and he forgot the shrimp and french fries what horrible customer service I will never go there again.When I went up to the window another customer came up and knocked on the window saying that his drink with terrible and the attendant said that’s not my problem is that the customer service that we are accustomed to in this country what a horrible witness
We were just there and ordered 4 shrimp tackles and a 6 piece begnets. Bill was 30. 16 and when we got home we only had 3 tackle box dinners and i have been trying to call them and no one answeres. We will never be going here again if some one doesn't make this right. Since our dinner was ruined i want my money back for the tackle box I did not get!

Unfresh Food- I went through the drive through for me and my son. I ordered a 3pc chicken tender and a chicken sandwich meal. I also added a biscuit to the meals. The food was not fresh, warm and they tasted funny. My sons side of mac and cheese was like plastic on the top, so I threw it out. You seriously need to QA what your serving to the community.
They do a better than average job compared to other Popeye's I've visited. Polite service. New mac'n'cheese recipe is quite good.
I’m a trucker was turned away because drive through only. Explain to the guy I’m driving a 18 wheeler can’t fit on the drive thru. He told me to stand on the line and order and it’s raining need better management and people with sense
The Manager was very disrespectful and lack patience when it comes to the customer and giving them time to select the orders in which they want to select at least I feel that was a very poor way of showing respect and being responsible for his position his actions was a poor example for the workers that work underneath of him I truly believe that this individual needs to be retrained or removed from his given position for the next person that He disrespect May not respond the say way . This is the Popeyes on Delsea Drive next to Burger King across from McDonald’s In Vineland Nj
