Service was excellent and food was hot and fresh. Store was nice and clean.
How you going to have ppl waiting in line for 20 plus minutes car in front of us orders then when we get to the window you want to say where closed we are short staffed but you have a whole line in y'all driveway that's been there waiting for ever for 20 minutes and y'all still had an hour until closing too y'all ridiculous frfr
This store had the order sign blacked out for Burgers, only chicken sandwiches were available, so I ordered one chicken sandwich without tomatoes and a shake. The order was $15.38 and I complained about the cost. Then I had to wait about 15 minutes for the sandwich before a woman vame out and apoligized stating they were very short staffed. After I left I found two sandwiches with pickles and one with spice spread. Thats it, nothing else. Outragious for the cost. Don't go there cause its not worth the expensive sandwiches and slow service. The owner should be embarrassed and working hard for more staff. Maybe add a raise to current workers.
slowest mcdonald’s on the planet…. drive thru takes foreeeever and the food is always cold and pathetically put together..
Needs more help and better training for management. A manager should not go toe to tie with an employee in front of customers.
By far the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been too & it just seems to get worse every year. Only filled half of the LARGE fry I ordered, they were hard as rocks. Also ordered a 10 piece nugget & got 8.
I will go across town and cross a busy highway in order to avoid this McDonald's. The wait in drive-thru is always ridiculous. 20 minutes after ordering and 10 minute wait before just to get to order. Then your order always comes out wrong. Also their fries suck and they never have milkshakes.
Drive thru was awful. Repeated order 3 times and it was still wrong and the dining room was closed, so imagine how hard it was to get to an employee to fix the order
Placed our order on line to be picked up through the drive thru and right after they accepted the online order with no notification what so ever they shut down the drive thru and still had to go in & wait in a long line to receive food that was already paid for and someone should've came out to us & it should've been notified on the app that the drive thru was closing
Most incompitent management and staff. Ya'll don't deserve the 1 star I'm giving you. Be prepared to get the wrong burger when you go here
