I've bought stuff and I'm a regular and well... staff is okay, drinks and food quality went down hill a bit.
I just got two coffee with extra sugar extra cream they never put sugar in my coffee they never stir the coffee like what going on
I just got 2 macchiatos that were supposed to have added espresso shots and they were so sweat we literally couldn’t drink them smh

As everyone knows, Dunkin Donuts has REALLY good coffee.
Always late to come and serve you, the gas who works there (small) spoke very badly to me, because I asked him why there is no one to serve me. he then decided not to give me the receipt, when I insisted he threw it at me. this is unacceptable. I don't have time to talk about it with his manager. I hope that this comment will have the effect and that his hierarchy reacts
Gotta a great service going on with afternoon shift. Love my coffee and service. Give them guys a raise.
This Dunkin has always been my favorite until today. When I placed my order at the drive through, the man taking my order began yelling at me. He was apparently trying to ask me something about my order, but his yelling through the microphone made his voice unclear. When I expressed my misunderstanding of what he said, he then began yelling even louder and more harshly. I gave up the battle for iced coffee, told him he was being very rude and said I was leaving, to which he replied “good”. This is no way to treat a customer, especially one who was being being polite.
