Ordered a large plain pie and it arrived cold and undercooked. The underside looked like it didn’t even go into an oven. It arrived late as well. After calling back to try to talk to somebody, I was left on hold. Absolutely horrible establishment. Do yourself a favor and order local

Ordered a cheesesteak pizza and a chicken sandwich , they forgot one topping and the cheesesteak meat was all burned. Then my order was 17.56, total 22.56 since I left a $5 tip but days later I got charged 27.56. I received an email additional charge $10, no explanation. A order that was $11.98 cost me $27.56. Wow , total rip off for delivery. Will not buy from dominos again.

Chronic late deliveries! Very rude Driver & Manager when I called to complain!
Workers at this location were not wearing Masks today on 01/08/2022. Delivery took over an hour and a half. I had to drive my own vehicle in person to pick up my order. This is an ongoing issue. The Management professionalism is on a recruit level. Upon entering the facility I would also debate the how clean the kitchen is. Upper management needs to step in. Thank you.
I always order from this location never have problems but today went in to pick up my order with the pandemic managers should be on top of workers wearing mask as they do customers no one had mask on open my garlic bread knots they look like the dough was old n pizza was cold I think if they worked more then joking around everything would run smooth

Tracker said my order was on its way at 4:44, at 5:40 I called the store and was on hold for 10 minutes, only to be told by a rude employee that it doesn't matter what the tracker says, pizza's are sitting here waiting to be delivered. Did I want him to send a picture. When the pizza finally arrived, semi warm they forgot my soda. Driver will go back and get it. Hour and a half later call again, put me on hold, called again, they're printing the slip and sending the driver . It's 10:30 I still don't have my soda and when I call now they won't pick up. I want a refund!
Placed an order online. Tracker said it was made pretty quickly, but then it was sitting in "quality check" for over an hour. Called the store and waited on the phone for at least 10 minutes. Man who answered the phone said the food hadn't even left the store at that point. The options I was provided were come pick up my cold food, even though I paid a delivery fee and paid a $9 tip, cancel my order, or wait another 30 minutes for a new order and still come pick it up. No apologies were given. I understand everyone is short staffed right now, but this is unacceptable. Notify people of the actual wait time instead of promising delivery in 30-45min, call when orders are going to be late, offer discounts or future coupons, or at least an "I'm sorry for the wait and the inconvenience". I wonder how long I would have waited before receiving my cold food had I not called.
