Every corner you can cut in a fast food franchise this one does them all. Old fryer oil, old dry burgers, over-seltzering the drinks, every side you can order can be used to hammer nails, barely alive staff, food that will last all night as you fight off stomach pains. They cut corners, when all they have to do is actually serve good food for long enough to allow the people time to talk about it and spread the word. Shame, because it's a nice new building with an easy driveway in and out. But with mostly all franchises located in Vineland, this one fails at the only thing it sells... Food service.
The meat patties were not too good, they were hard with a little flavor. Fries were very good. Chicken nuggets were warm and grainy in their texture.
The manager at this location has a nasty attitude for no reason at all even when you're nice. It's like if you dont like the job then go somewhere else? And the cooks are so lazy and act like they don't want to cook your food all the way. I don't know why they built this location to have terrible workers
This place never serves my food correctly and I never received what I pay for every time I order door dash! I definitely don’t recommend ordering Burger King through door dash at all they always mess up your order.
I’ve ordered to go 4 times, same order ( whopper jr with cheese, sm fries). From the week they opened until today, I have yet to get a hot burger.. Yea he fries and burger were warm.m, the cheese was not even melted.I was so excited to have my favorite burger place close, but 4 times and that’s it!FYI I eat as I drive so there was no way it cooled down in my drive
I ordered one thing and Was immediately asked to pull out of the drive thru to wait for it. They should have said something before taking my money now my time is wasted 20 mins for one sandwich
They gave me the wrong change, and not like a dollar, $7 dollars. I called and they said they'd call me back after they counted the till, never heard back from them!!! I'm going to call corporate, I'm not from that area so I can't just go back in,I was at their local hospital for pre surgery testing. Smh...i hope the manager I spoke to enjoyed her job.
Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a fast food restaurant. It had been years since I tried Burger King, I ordered a chicken marinara sub and a whopper... it took about 20 minutes to get the food and once we got it, the chicken marinara sandwich was so dry and bread wasnt that soft... whopper had 1 tiny piece of tomato, and a piece or 2 of lettuce.. the bread looked like it was bought at the dollar store too. Only reason I didn't return it was because I was starving and took it home. I'll never come back, Burger King has gone downhill, Its kind of sad.. I noticed there were 2 employees after I left just goofing around. No management, no care.... sad.
Food had almost no taste and ordered extra cheese on my sandwich and had to walk back up to the drive thru to have it added. There were only 2 people working that day so I guess they were overwhelmed. The 2 for 6.00 mix and match was a good price for what I got though I guess.
Very slow....which I understand.They had our order messed up when we got to window to pay but of course it was corrected but they asked us if we were sure.
