The food has fallen way off at this location..mine was burned, dry, the drink tasted like nothing but sugar.wife's looked like they threw 5 ingredients in wrapper and mushed it into a sandwich and there was more sauce then sandwich.
Ordered Chicken sand with just chicken and cheese. HAD EVERYTHING WHEM GOT IT HOME. Called complaining and they were like we gave you the wrong sandwich. Well the person eating the sandwich is allergic to parm cheese and that is innthe ranch dressing on the sandwich. Needless to say went to er as a result of biting into sandwich. They were told going to er and said nothing.
Decided to give Arby's another chance...and they failed miserably. No fries at all, no chicken tenders...I know, that's not their fault usually. Substituted my fries with a side salad, which was literally 3 clumps of romaine and a sprinkling of hard yellow cheese. When I went through the bags, the sandwich I had ordered wasn't there, so I wentback through drive thru and got a nasty look from the girl who had waited on us, like I was lying. Well shenever gave us a receipt. We will definitely not be back, will throw the Arby's coupons in the trash with the horrible food they hand out. And the soda my husband got, saying it was Coke, was nothing but selzer!!
One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had !!! Staff was absolutely rude and Terrible !! Food came out cold and tasted horrible !! I don't know how this place is still in buisness !!! Would give 0 stars if possible

Food ok. Not the Arby's I remember prior to covid. Worker with long beard preparing food without netting on beard. Big turnoff.
You can’t say “open” and the doors are locked and the drive-thru is blocked. If you are planning on closing, please have the decency to put up a sign or something.
Long wait for food. They did replace the cold curly fries. About half the beef that is regularly on a slider. About half meat that is usually on a beef brisket and they put corn beef on the sandwich instead of roast beef.
The food was ok. But... There was nothing stocked. No napkins, no straws, no sauces. NOTHING!!! And when you went to ask for something instead of them just saying ok let me get that for you. They said.... There's nothing out there?? Umm no there isn't. If there was I would not have come up to the counter to ask for it. They were told by 2 other customers besides myself that there was nothing stocked over there. They were all just standing around being miserable and rude anyway, why not go and do something besides that. That's what they're getting paid for.
This is a good location with employees who care. The one guy who works drive thru all the time (Shawn?) is always super nice and helpful. Give him a raise.
