Early Dinner time during the week. Very nice hostess and waitress. Food was very good. Purchased the combo meals, which included a choice of salad, a choice for the main entree, and a side. Had mango ice teas and ice water with lemons. Nice atmosphere. Would go back.
My family came there yesterday and it was the worst experience ever! We waited a long time for our sever and when she(Lauren) came to us says sorry I was in bathroom! Who on earth says that. So we order I get crispy chic oriental wrap. It comes out dry and the Tortilla was stale. It was gross. I give it back then some one brings out I asked for dressing and strawberries she then huffed and rolled her eyes. The manager never asked no questions we waited for ever for our food. I will never go go to back there again. Check this one off the list ✅. I don’t want to a give any stars but I had to give one just write a review
Blaise was our server and he was amazing!!! This was the best customer service I’ve had from this location!!! Food was fresh and hot! Drinks were on point!!!
We were seated fast, and our order taken fast. After waiting 45 minutes, the waitress apologized because the kitchen was behind, and had to finish my sons mozzarella sticks for his meal, and everything would be out. 15 minutes later the food came out, and my chicken dinner was cold. Won't be returning again.
Pretty disappointed with our local applebees. We had a large party of 10 so i called hours ahead to be sure they could accommodate us. Once arrived, I was told the person who answered the phone never relayed the message and they couldn't sit us for over an hour. Their excuse was "it's first come first served." Really? I thought that when you have a large party, calling ahead was the right thing to do! Besides their less than ideal guest service, their constant price increases will be the reason we stop eating here.
The food was great ? but one of the young lady for crub side looked very stressed out or just annoyed with me had to wait longer even though I only added on a drink which should not took longer! Maybe they just need better pd so they can take care of customers better
I was a guest as part of a HUGE party of 40+ today and I have to say our Server Mia was the absolute best of the best. My friend and I even thought she was one of the managers! The way she was able to take everyone’s order CORRECTLY without wringing a single thing down (from sauces to no tomatoes every single order correct) Now this should have been the highlight. But to top off some exceptional service she walked around with style and grace. Seeing her help all of her co workers and even having so much patience with the hosts in the front. Not once with a frown not once complaining or with attitude. I’ve eaten here a number of times but this by far was the best experience I have ever had and I will definitely coming back to see Mia very soon. I hope she gets a super big shout out for just how amazing she is and applebees should be so lucky to have a server like her on there team.
I live in 40 mins away. My friend and I go up twice a month to have a day of shopping and lunch (girls day) we always make it a point to go to here and get our server Amy, we don't want to sit anywhere else, she's very nice. Professional, caring , and runs her butt off, the food and drinks are always good. It's our go to place!!!?
First time ordering curbside and didn’t realize they stop doing curbside at some point in the night, so had to go in and get the order. I walked in the front and stood there for a good 10 mins before finally the bartender asked if I needed help, and once I told him curbside he showed me the registered in the corner where I waited a little longer. They didn’t put ranch on the side as I asked, and they took awhile.
The food was good and the service even better! Beau and Cris are the best!
