Wrong order, no receipt and the person whoanswered the phone couldn’t care less

Did a mobile order for the first time which was pretty easy. Used the promo for $2 off a combo. Looked at monitor and my name was listed and my order was waiting on the counter. I checked for my name on the bag, grabbed it then left... easy. Food was hot, ready and delicious. One issue, I used the ladies restroom and it was in desperate need of cleaning. Overall good food and fast service.
Ordered two meals, one kids and one adult, both meals were wrong and missing items. Ordered the kids as a cheeseburger with cheese and ketchup, it came as a plain burger. Ordered spicy chicken nuggets as part of adult 4 for 4 meal, got two burgers and no chicken. Both meals came with French fries, if you added all the fries for both meals together it was close to filling the kids box.
#6 Spicy Chicken, Lemonade, and a Chocolate Frosty. You can't go wrong. As busy as they were, the staff was efficient and provided the meal quickly.
Chicken sandwich that I ordered from the biggie deal was ok, nothing to rave about. But the honey spicy chicken sandwich with bacon, that my husband ordered was less than impressive. Definitely was not $10 worthy test. ?
Always long lines and never get any instructions correct. Three times I’ve ordered similar food to not have sauce and it’s been incorrect every time, last two times the food was also cold. I think the only thing they got right was the soda, yes I’ll go to Chick-fil-A down the road from now on
Don't use the app it's really bad. Love the food tho
Second time here at the drive thru. Server was not very friendly especially when I pointed out that the order was wrong. Didn't know there was a 2 ketchup limit per order. 10 chicken nuggets only one sauce. You can do better on rt 22
