The customer service was excellent... The food was great! The only problem I have is if you order a shake or drink they sit it on the counter on the other side... Another customer accidentally picked my shake up and palmed the whip cream at the top of my cup. Thank God I saw that or I would have been drinking germs...
I placed a curbside pickup order. Received text 7:36 that my order was ready. I responded at 7;40 that I was there. After waiting 15 minutes, I went inside, just to find that my order was just sitting there. Manager asked staff is she received the alert that I was ther. She smirks and mumbled that she just put my order there.. 2 strikes Union. No apologies, just a smirk
Brand new location, so I won't comment on the issues with messing up an order cause those kinds of kinks will get worked out.The burgers are good, better than most fast food burger places, but not going to compete with a good bar/restaurant burger. The regular fries are remarkably terrible, just didn't have good texture, and slightly over salted. The sweet potato fries are much better, nicely seasoned.The chicken club had borderline over-ripe avocado, but the bread was buttery and nicely toasted. The cookies&cream shake was very good.Overall I'd probably go here again if I'm trying to get my fast food burger fix. I prefer the burgers at Super Stuffed Burgers in Springfield, but that's a small location so don't go there if you're looking to sit down with family
The food was good. I ordered the family variety. The salad was on the small side to feed four people. The fries that were supposed to be extra crispy were soggy and I was only given one knife and fork. This was at the Kean College location in Union, NJ. The burger and chicken sandwich were very tasty.
Love eating at habit , but I had an issue with the manager a few times. A man with dark complexions with glasses. I am allergic to Mayonnaise and I couldn’t edit it on the app. So I went and ordered in the store and told them , that I couldn’t take it off on the app . I told him I was allergic to mayo and to please not put it because I previously received a Uber order with the mayo . He looked bothered and seemed annoyed that I didn’t want the burger, like if it was a waste . It had mayonnaise, I can’t eat it. So while he’s making the burger, he sarcastically says “ so no mayo right?” I just shook my head and was in shock that a person says they’re allergic to something and they act like that .
Every single time since they opened the food is amazing. Served hot. Great customer service. They could write the book on how to do it right!
Probably the nicest addition to the plaza here as far as cleanliness and staff.The burgers are great and the price is right. The chicken sandwiches are pretty sub par but the nuggets and fries are good.You can usually find deals online or on the app.The eating areas are clean and theres surprisingly a lot of tables and seats. Definitely recommend.

Very unpleasant attitude from that man at the counter this afternoon (Parsippany location). He seems a provocateur instead of someone there to take care of customer needs. Since first contact his attitude was hostile for not apparent reasons. If he is the business owner he may soon find himself running it solo because if that is how he treats civilized, educated customers approaching him politely I can just imagine how he treats employees. Good burgers at a good price but with the attitude of that man you may keep them all for yourself. I was even concerned about eating it when noticed the burger with items clearly indicated to be excluded.
I patronized this restaurant for the second time yesterday. The first time, the female employee behind the counter seemed a bit hyper and was a little jumpy regarding UberEats orders vs. In-person customer orders. I was put off by her demeanor, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. When I got home, I noticed my order was incorrect. I ordered no tomatoes and got tomatoes, no Mayo and I got Mayo. The food was tasty nonetheless, so I decided to give them another try.On 1/22/22 I went back and ordered at the kiosk. My son ordered a combo meal that should have included French fries. Once I got home, my son alerted me to the fact that his fries were missing. I immediately called the restaurant, only to be routed to their online comment/concerns form. I completed the form, explaining that I did not receive fries with my order despite being charged for the full value meal. I have not heard anything from the restaurant, no apology, no acknowledgement of receiving my email, nothing.Due to the poor customer service, being charged for missing items, and an overall lackluster experience, I will not be returning to this location. It’s a pity because the food is actually good, but the service needs major improvement.Update-I was contacted by Habit Burger MGMT. they offered an apology and a suitable remedy to the situation. I feel like they actually value their customers, which is nice. I will return to the location and hopefully the customer service will have improved, and they are more organized. It’s nice to have tasty non-meat options nearby. It would be a shame if their customer service was their undoing.
