WAY too over priced for the food, the environment, the service and for the location. The service was horrible. It was not packed, and there were enough staff. No reason for bad service. The food was not good at all. I couldn't finish my dinner and nether could my husband. Even my kids did not enjoy it. I have had Mexican food plenty of times and this has been the worst. Would not recommend this to anyone. I hate to post a bad review for my Hispanic community, but this restaurant does not do us any justice.
I had the Al Pastor tacos.Cons: 1. It was overpriced 2. The pork was so hard 3. There wasn’t enough meat in the tacos .These tacos wasn’t anything special . I’m high key disappointed because I expected so much more.Pros : offers a variety of tacos. The inside of the establishment is nice and clean .
This restaurant does not allow essential workers to use the bathroom in the establishment unless we order food i am a Amazon delivery driver I had a delivery in the complex next door to the restaurant the complex does not have a bathroom inside I went to use the restroom inside the restaurant on 2/28/22 and 3/1/22 and the manager had an employee approach me to tell me I couldn’t use the restroom it was for paying customer when technically it’s illegal to refuse a delivery driver access to the restroom when we work outside so we do not have a specific location to use the restroom. Tacos Mexican grill sell drinks so you are suppose to allow the delivery drivers access to use the restroom. They must not be aware of the law in the food and beverage industry. I am not the only person the mail carriers fedex ups etc we are not allowed to use the restroom there unless we purchase an item. Now I’ve purchased items from this restaurant before and they are overpriced. Also during the heightened of the pandemic who does Tacos Mexican Grill think delivered all of the items they needed essential workers we delivered packages to the restaurant as well and so does the mail carrier so I’m confused on why they do not want us using the public restroom they have. Lastly all the customers they have should stop spending money inside of this establishment. The Manager is rude and unprofessional why send an employee to do your job.
very friendly staff. great food and reasonable prices
I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars. I guess the 1 star is because they are technically there. The place does exist and has a location so 1 star for that, but the last three times I've ordered has been hell. Let me tell you. They screw my order almost every, single, time. The last and final straw was today when I ordered TWO tamales. TWO! The simplest of orders. Cost was about 5 bucks and I gave them 2 bucks tip for being open during this crazy pandemic. The place was not packed at all and orders seemed low from what I saw on the counter. I asked the man at the counter, "Are you sure there's two tamales in my bag?"He replied, "Yeah two."I come back to eat and there is only one, but that isn't even infuriating. What is even more infuriating is that the tamale sucked so bad. For a Mexican restaurant, this is the worst tamale I've ever had. The chicken looked gross and part of the food was stuck to the husk which I was told by a friend that it clearly didn't look like a good tamale. I couldn't even finish it and I did not want to go back for the second one that was missing. If you are happy eating hairy ostrich butt dingleberry food, go for it. Have fun with that. I gave them enough chances.
I got the Beef Taco Birria. The taco was good. And the consomme was awesome. A touch spicy which was great. Only reason it doesn't get 5, stars is cause it was over priced. $19 for a couple of tacos.
This place is spotless and service is great. The food is fresh specially the tortillas hecho en casa. Music not loud so you can enjoy the company.
Clean, fresh foods and nice staff. Reminds me of my trip to Mexico. Very Authentic.
Stopped by for take out while running errands. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the rotisserie chicken and it delivered on flavor and texture. Rice and beans were okay but definitely the star was the chicken and the red sauce. The tamales were above average not spectacular but I've had worse in the area.Portion size is impressive and I think for the price it was well worth it.I can definitely see myself coming back for this chicken.
I order the birria tacos . They were so good and well seasoned. The broth was sort of spicy but I liked it. I also order the steak tacos. Each order had 4 tacos and it filled both me and my husband up. You can tell that the tortillas are made here just as the lady at the counter told me. Will be coming back for more.
