!!! DO NOT COME HERE !!!Just get rid of all employees and start fresh. Employees stand there and talk about management while making people waut 10/15 minutes for a coffee??? Maybe your the problem if your complaining about management because you DO NOTHING!!!

Don't bother going here, if you get your order it probably won't be right. I ordered a venti coffee and it wasn't even full. You're better off going across the street. Ever since the pandemic this place has been going down hill fast. Not worth the time or money spent here.
Currently this Starbucks is not good. Places an order at 11:45 and pickup time is 1:50pm like really. Then I realized why because out of the 5 employees only 1 is working on all orders. Rest of the employees are just standing there taking to each other for 15+ minutes. They should tell customers wait time before they order but they are not and they are telling all customers to order over the app “boost” and on boost there is no option to cancel your order.
Staff is really sweet. They know you if you go there everyday. They make your coffee perfect. Manager is also really sweet lady. I love this place.

This place does not close at 8pm. Change the time! Ive been there twice at 6pm and is closed!
Ordered my drinks and food through the app. Pick up an go, I get to the store they closed the store and only had drive thru . I was forced to wait in a line that took 20 minutes to get through from the ridiculous line of cars. I asked them to heat up my food b cause I know it was going to be cold. Guess what food was wet and cold. I am livid.
It's an in and out job these days but the coffee is still great!
