Burgers and fries are good so many options just wish they had different size for fries and milkshakes because sometimes my fries barely be full and milkshakes sometimes don't be full just have a lot of whip cream but overall food is good!
First time trying smash burger , it was great very greasy though but I guess that what you get when you want a giant burger lol
Came in to pick up an order with a milkshake. It's easier to carry the bag & the shake on the cupholder together then in my hands.I kindly asked the guy for a cupholder.He literally shouted" I'M THE GM HERE, WE DON'T GIVECUPHOLDERS HERE FOR 1 DRINK"He was not welcoming or attentive, he was very rude & disrespectful.This is the hospitality industry, A simple cupholder is a matter of common courtesy.
SmashBurger corporate headquarters needs to be ashamed of themselves for hiring the delinquent employees who were responsible for this Doordash order. The nerve to overcharge me and NOT receiving anything I requested!A single patty given when I ordered a double on one sandwich, and no bacon or bbq sauce on the other sandwich ordered!I will be following up on this!
Very good burgers especially their smash menu is very delicious and jam packed of flavors I love it
One of the Best Burgers Restaurants ? I've ever been at. The food ? is so fresh and well cook . Every thing was fresh, lettuce,tomatoes,onions etc. And the service was good Two Thumbs up!!??
The staff was friendly but they did not honor my rewards points but took they points anyway stating they system was down. Also, my sweet potato fries were ice cold. i had to reheat them once I got home.
This is the first smashburger that I have visited and the food tasted as if they added Raw salt to the avocado bacon chicken and to the sweet potato fries. I don't add salt to my food so if salt is sprinkle on it I can taste it.No salt should be added unless asked.The people were nice but they need to ask if people want salt or pepper added. I threw the stuff out because it was just to salty check # 100020

The ladies working there are really trying to make a good meal but they are not perfect. I ordered three cheeseburgers which were made correctly, 3 bottles of soda and three milkshakes, strawberry, chocolate and coffee. The coffee milkshake ended up being vanilla. They forgot to add the coffee flavor. Based on other reviews and your food choices at this place, there is a high chance uour order will not be correct.
