We did not feel like cooking so we came to an early dinner here at red lobster. I got the admirals feast. It's so good the fried shrimp is so delicious and the tarter sauce is amazing. My wife got the lobster and shrimp scampi aslo the fried Brussel sprouts. Which I'm not a fan of but she says they are amazing The service is always good and friendly. And the biscuits are never a disappointment.
The food and service was good. but the smell was very bad they really need to power wash and sanitize the whole restaurant the rugs need to be replaced I'm quite sure this is not the first complaint they have had because it has had a odor a few times before but it seems like it's gotten worse you can smell it as you enter the restaurant door bad odor I really wanted to turn around and leave but I was treating a co-worker to lunch and she wanted Red Lobster and I just did not want to travel further to get to another restaurant I appreciate atmosphere but it is a little bit too dark in the restaurant they need to brighten up the place a bit. I do enjoy going to Red Lobster I will avoid going to the one on Route 22 they only get two stars!
Always wanted to try this place. It’s the place to be for seafood. Service was fast, food was awesome, menu was expansive and dishes were priced well. Atmosphere was what I would expect at a casual dining restaurant (has a pub and caters to families). Even enjoyed the music and contemporary decor. Would come again!
It was So good the Server was amazing he knows his job the food was So So Good Fresh and served with a smile . Happy Birthday to me just what I wanted .

I give a 2star for today only because my food was served to me with the waiters thumb almost touching my broccoli. And when I mentioned it to him he smiled. Very pour behavior today , good place to dine in just keep your eyes focus on detail ?

Three stars is generous for this place, just has a run down feel to it and pretty dark inside for a sunny day. Went on a Sunday and it was very busy, wait time for a table for two was 55 minutes so we sat at the bar instead. Food was okay and the sangria was disgusting. Would not recommend it at all, it had a strong sweet berry juice flavor to it. It was way to concentrated and syrupy for me, no where near what sangria should be. Seems they are short staffed so the bar tenders were also working as servers.
Had a drink and swallowed glass smh all the waiter could say is sorry it was in the mixer? like wtf then the food came and it was horrible .NEVER AGAIN
Terrible customer service from a manager. I made a curbside order. Upon arrival, I called to see if my order was ready, considering I arrived past my scheduled arrival time and I didn’t receive an email stating that my order was ready. I spoke with a manager(I don’t want to name drop but he had an African or Jamaican accent). I asked if he could check to see if my order was ready and he refused. Said if my food was ready I would’ve received an email. My husband went in to check and there was my food, cold and sitting there. I called back to let him know that I didn’t get the email just to be met with a bad attitude. I was polite to him. More polite than he deserved and he was rude. He asked what I want from him. I had to explain to him that I work in customer service and he could’ve handled that better. As expensive as things are today, it’s a shame that red lobster has such poor service, especially from a manager. That man needs some training.
