Don’t go here!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Ordered a sandwich & called to confirm they close at 2pm, when got there at 1:20pm the place was closed & woman said they left early. Who does that???? Should call ICE too tell them looks like illegal working there!!!!!
They make very good breakfast sandwiches. My issue is that I get the same sandwich or breakfast platter and the prices are never the same. I think they be price gauging . It is always 1.00 to 3.00 more for the exact same items . My order today was 27.80 he charged my card 30.01. Before I order I ask how much is the sandwich I never really get an answer. I should really mention it to them!!
A bit too pricey for a bagel shop located in union NJ. I've been to bagel shops in Manhattan that are priced better than this establishment. $12.00 for a BLT and coffee is pretty extreme if you ask me. But that's just if you ask me. I'll stick with my bagel shop in Montclair.
I heard talking about my eggs thought the corrected it. They didnt. They knew it was wrong but still gave it to me instead of making it over. This is the kind of shop that will drop a bagel on the dirty floor, pick it up and put it back in the bin. Smh.

Bagels are good but you will repeat your order 5 times and it will still be wrong. These guys need to invest in a pencil and paper.
I ordered a bacon, egg, & cheese on a sesame bagel and got a plain bagel, cheese, bacon and what had to be a very small egg.It was a very tasty bagel, but I was really looking forward to the sesame version. I'm sure I'll go there again eventually: I'll update my review if my order ends up being on point.
