Soggy fries , and they gave me uncooked chicken , so be careful you could get sick with these uncaring employees
This used to be my go to pizza place since childhood. I am a 3rd generation customer and have always loved the food. Yesterday I would've rated this place 4 stars, but today I wish there was a 0 star option. Today I called in an order for delivery. The guy took my order, number, etc. He said he would call me back with the total in 5 mins. 30 mins go by when I finally get a call back. Come to find out the guy I spoke to never even put the order in. When I expressed my frustration, I was literally HUNG UP ON! Having worked in the food and customer service industry, I thought maybe it was a new employee who wasn't properly trained. NOPE. When I called back and asked for the manager/owner, it was the guy that hung up on me. When I asked if he was the one who hung up on me, he asked me if I was gonna have decency? I apologized for any attitude I gave and that I was frustrated because I have 2 kids (a 6 and almost 3 year old) that thought their favorite pizza was on the way. While i was explaining myself, he was literally talking about me calling me b**** to someone in the background. I knew the answer, but when I asked if he was speaking to me or someone else, he HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!!!! I am literally in tears over the blatant disrespect! You don't hang up on customers, especially ones so loyal their family has been coming to them for over 50 years. The previous owner was almost like family to us, but now with the entitled and downright disgusting actions of the new one, I'm not sure I will ever order from them again. From his attitude, I'm genuinely afraid to order from them now for fear of food sabotage. THE FOOD ISN'T WORTH THE ATTITUDE!
My experiences at PizzaVilla are actually pretty decent. I really always get the same things. A chicken Parmesan sandwich, penne a la vodka pasta, or from occasions a slice of pizza. I think the cooks do their job well.

I’ve been a customer for over 35 years. Recently in the last 2, a new owner has purchased it. It’s a shame that the person answering the phone and taking orders can care less about the business. She makes constant mistakes. Doesn’t listen when you’re speaking and loses the orders. She has no customer service manners. After so many years, we are parting ways with Pizza Villa. I’ve tried to speak with the owner but he doesn’t speak English. I’ve lost my patience. They need to realize Pizza Villa is not the only place that sells pizza. So.... bye
Multiple orders wrong. Was given a couple dollar discount for next order. When I mentioned it I was told she didn’t remember telling me that but she would check with someone. Literally put me on hold and then picked right back up and said we can’t give you that. Delivery times not met. Been ordering from Pizza Villa for as long as I can remember going back to when it was the father and two brothers but will not be back. So sad to see a local family establishment go down like this.

This spot is great! Convenient pricing, big dishes and the employees are regularly very nice.
