Nice handmade customized pizza
This one is tough, on the one hand the ability to customize your pizza to your liking (think kind of like subway with sandwiches) is great, and the staff and environment feel pretty welcoming. On the other hand, the pizza itself is awful. Listen if you need something to eat I guess it will do, but don't expect much.
The first time I went to to ?pizza was after going out in DC night life so couldn’t remember how it was so I was excited to try it again because they just opened close to my house and it was on point in short it’s a better version of blaze pizza there I’m a fan of the signature sodas as well!
I love how you can customize everything from the dough to the cheese to the toppings and even the drizzle on top! The custom pizza I created was delicious and the ingredients were all very fresh! Definitely a must visit when you're around the area and craving pizza ?
I created my own pizza and let me tell you! So good! The right amount of heat, cheese and meat...lawd have mercy!
I have been to the other location so I wanted to try this one. I ordered online and I ordered the vegan pizza with vegan sausage, spinach and broccoli and a water. It came to a little over $13. They texted me when the food was done. When I arrived I parked in the nice plaza. It looked fairly new. I walked in and I told the man my name and that I was there for pick up. The server gave me my food and I left. When I got in I dug in and it was pretty good. It was nice and crispy and I enjoyed the broccoli and vegan sausage combo. I had a good experience and will return.
&pizza is a chain from the DC area that's growing into other areas. The pizza comes out fast but tastes like artisan. We loved it.
First of all, I'm a tough one to please when it comes to pizza because I have some food restrictions I have to adhere to in order NOT to spend my night in the bathroom in misery. The gluten free crust at &pizza is great! Love it. A bit of crisp with a touch of chew. ALSO I have to admit this was my first time trying the vegan cheese! I'm impressed! I'll definitely do this again. I started with "Pineapple Jack'd" but made some edits to the crust and toppings. Hubby got the Dirty Bird. He seemed happy with it, but mentioned it felt a bit short of chicken. A coupon to cut the cost made it better. At regular prices, I won't do it all the time, but I'll certainly treat myself to pizza more than I otherwise would have! Bonus: it's right across the street from me!
The people here nice. Thought went in to the food and the flavors they used. I was very impressed with their unusual soda options. The cookies are soft and really good.
I have tried many different create your own pizzas and &pizza tops them all! So glad they opened a location here. Employees here are always friendly! Pictured is a pepperoni and bacon pizza!
