So what's with this location. Why is my pizza consecutively never ready. 3 times now I arrive when my pizza is anticipated to be completed and instead I find myself waiting long after customers who place an order after I've already been waiting for 10 minutes on a order that should of already been completed. Please note the loaction is dead. I place my order online. Wait the time it says. I go to pick up and I'm still here waiting 20+ minutes.
Do not go here unless you want to be addicted. I’m pretty sure they put crack in the pizza because it doesn’t make sense that it’s so good. I highly recommend this place. Ohhhh and today I just discovered the hot honey…..omg more crack It’s so good. And they have like a passion fruit mango soda or something Im not sure the exact flavor concoction, but definitely crack. (Disclosure, they don’t really put crack in it, but u should def try it out for yourself) sorry I took the pic after I ate half of it, but you get the point.
Their pizza deserves 5 stars, but the service at this location deserves 3. This location does not do a good job of managing in-person & online orders. Too often, there either aren't enough employees or the process is simply slowed down drastically by online orders. I know they have to work with the space, but it truly seems like they need an additional work area just for online orders because those orders legitimately cause the people coming in-person to have to wait 20-30 minutes when it should only take around 10 minutes.Also, please reverse the hand sanitizer and soap in the restroom. This location has hand sanitizer right next to the sink instead of soap. The soap dispenser is way off to the side where you might not even see it. Shouldn't you be encouraging people to use soap and water vs sanitizer after using the restroom to properly clean their hands?Lastly, please encourage staff to use the green slicer for vegan pies. I get my pizza w/o cheese or meat and would prefer to not have the same slicer used on my pie.
I placed an order at 4:45pm for pick up at 5:45pm and here it is 6:04pm and they haven't started my order yet. What's the point of order ahead if it's not going to be ready. And to top it all off there were no customers in store. Customer service is lacking at this location. From the time I got in I was told that "they are working on your order right now". It was only 5 pizzas. When I asked for a refund I was told that I had to contact support because the order was placed online, then miraculously my order appeared. They will not be receiving another $ from me.Update: I didn't get my order until 6:20pm

Nice handmade customized pizza
This one is tough, on the one hand the ability to customize your pizza to your liking (think kind of like subway with sandwiches) is great, and the staff and environment feel pretty welcoming. On the other hand, the pizza itself is awful. Listen if you need something to eat I guess it will do, but don't expect much.
The first time I went to to ?pizza was after going out in DC night life so couldn’t remember how it was so I was excited to try it again because they just opened close to my house and it was on point in short it’s a better version of blaze pizza there I’m a fan of the signature sodas as well!
I created my own pizza and let me tell you! So good! The right amount of heat, cheese and meat...lawd have mercy!
I love how you can customize everything from the dough to the cheese to the toppings and even the drizzle on top! The custom pizza I created was delicious and the ingredients were all very fresh! Definitely a must visit when you're around the area and craving pizza ?
