Never thought my first impressions of panera would be good like I always heard it being overpriced but honestly I didnt find it over price and my all time favorite dish here is broccoli cheddar soup (: dipping chips in it tasted too good.The environment was very clean and very in order. I also enjoyed that you didnt have to speak to anyone to order lol
I must say, I was a bit shocked at the delivery service they use, Door Dash. They have continued to let me down in all aspects of delivery service! I am leaving 5 stars because of the Management at this location. I had a problem waiting for my food so long and the Manager stepped in and made it right. No questions asked or attitude. I will recommend this location to anyone in the Union / Hillside area. I will absolutely keep buying their food. BTW, I had the 2 Flat Breads, and 2 Salad combo. The Greek Salad is AMAZING!!
The food is delicious here. My son and I love their turkey chili and I also enjoy the Asian chicken salad. Carlos, the manager that worked Saturday night, 5/7/22 was very professional and courteous. My son and I enjoyed our food while watching the last two episodes of "Moon Knight". What a way to end the night after my son's Championship Basketball game. Oh yeah! ???⭐?
We stood there placed our order in Union, was there for a fundraiser. Being that it was early we did some shopping not going straight home. Once home 2 hours later while looking through the bag, my husbands sandwich wasn't there, my son didn't get his chips and I was given the wrong soup. I ordered broccoli cheddar and received tomato. Not happy at all!!
My Wife and I come to Panera bread 2-3 times a week and lately their chef hasn’t been on their A Game. My grilled cheese sandwich had almost 1.5-2 pounds of cheese and there wasn’t anything creamy about the soup. Also the raspberry tea I paid 3.19 for tasted like flavored water. Waste of money
I order from here regularly. It's the only place to get a decent soup around while at work. I stood in this location on 2 maybe 3 occasions for over 40 munites which is insanely redicilous. Every so often I'll add croutons or cheese to my salad and NEVER get them... if there were a better place for soup I'd go to there!
Usually the food is hot, and served promptly. Today however , I ordered a bowl of the chicken Tai soup and it literally did not have one piece of chicken! After 6 , they are mobbed and the quality of both service and food is affected.
Horrible service. Several times now I have waited at the front counter for someone to show up to sell me a loaf of bread (not asking for workers to do anything, just sell me the bread) and no one shows up. Everyone is in the back room/kitchen hanging out together, and when they have shown up they make it very obvious that they do not want to wait on customers. Why are you working at Panera if you want to hang out in the back room / kitchen? You can go to work at Amazon warehouse and not deal with the public. Better off going to the grocery store for bread. This store needs a serious evaluation by the regional manager.
Ordered my breakfast order at Kiosk station no staff manning the front counter. Waited for approximately 15 minutes and then walked into the adjacent room which is where my order was sitting at the counter. No one informed me if where to pick up or came out to the front to announced what orders were ready ???
This location has horrible service. If I could give it Zero stars I would! My order was messed up twice.1st you sent me someone else’s order. Then you read my order back to me to verify everything. When that order came it was missing almost half of what I ordered. I spoke to the manager and he said it was an IST glitch in the system. Wait…What??!!!! You just read it back to me and had everything on the order!!!!He said he would credit the money back to my account but it would take a few days. Why??? It didn’t take a few days for you to deduct the money from my account , you should just send it back you made the error. It makes no sense!!!I asked if he could bring the missing items, of course he said NO.This is one of the sandwiches I received.What is that next to the sandwich? Is it suppose to be a pickle? What’s wrong with it?? What’s going on here????I’m not happy at all!!!!This is my second time using this Panera….lesson learned never use this one again!!!!
