Food is so good but they're always out of one random entrée and they never have any sauce, they also make you wait quite a bit if you not in drive through.
Great food, but the area to fill your drinks was a bit dirty. It looked like the lid holders hadn't been cleaned in ages. Otherwise, no issues.
My granddaughter just came home from college. She asked for Panda Express several times. The nearest one is on RT 22.We get there a little after 4pm. She ordered Orange chicken with white rice no rice she would have to wait 40mins for it took Lomein instead. No ribs, no chopsticks and 10c for a bag.We had to pay an extra $11 for more chicken since very little was put on thetwo orders. Who goes to Asian restaurant and there's no White rice .Her craving has passed so we won't be back anytime soon.
Food was great but one worker told another worker to count the shrimp and only give 5...in front of customer.
The manager on Fridays here is actually god awful, I’ve never met anyone like her. The food is alright but the customer service from a person like her absolutely is the worst. I feel bad for the workers who have to put up with her, I can’t imagine her being understanding of anything. She doesn’t seem to even do anything really. She needs to shape up.
Hot fresh food, good variety, somewhat tasty. Disgruntled employee yelling loudly about incompetent coworker for all to hear.
Unlike most franchise experiences, I actually liked the food. The Orange Chicken was very tasty, so was Kung Pao. There was one small issue though. Mistakenly, two of the dishes ordered were not given in the quantity it should have been in a family meal menu. Maybe the reason was that a person started filling a couple of boxes that couldn't be filled with available quantities. After freshly cooked dishes were ready, another person filled the remaining boxes. Upon informing the restaurant, a person named Philly apologized and told me to mention it and her name the next time I visit the restaurant and they will take care of it.
Not my first choice in Chinese Food. Just a fill your belly type of place. The Lo Mein is always dry, would never order this again. Sits under the lights and drys out.

I always loved Panda Express for a quick bite...but lately they wanna upcharge you for evefything...not sure if its covid or not... :-(
