I back in NJ and so happy for authentic fresh bagel @mahattan bagel.
Ordering ahead highly recommend but they’ve got lots of staff to endure your order is tended to promptly. I watched a customer wait an excessive amount of time and her order had got lost or something. After the staff finally figure out who didn’t fulfill the ticket management worked to get her order bumped to the top of tickets and the customer on her way. What’s was especially great to see was that management recognized their error, owned it with the customer and then went to make it right with her offering her to grab a drink from the fridge on the way out. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is their online ordering system could be improved it’s currently extremely confusing and can be quite a pain if on your mobile device. The only other reason was that in that last situation manage my did everything right with the customer but they also let their employee who had messed up know what was wrong and how to correct it. Unfortunately the employee took it the wrong way and had a bad attitude while making the rest of the pending orders. He also talked back to the manager who failed to address that with him. In all the disagreement and the workers angst he didn’t complete my order correctly and left out an item. Unfortunately it took me getting home before I realized my order was incorrect. But props to management for almost everything being handled right…some workers just have to grow and learn to take constructive criticism and feedback less personal and actually learn from it.

Place use to be my go to but the workers provide the worst service. They seem to always act like they are rushing you out the door. Always different price discrepancies as well. Last time coming here.
Great bagels, but after asking for a bag for my drinks, snooty cashier smirked,then basically threw a bag on counter, leaving me to pack myself. I don't want to hear this day and age of covid, as she had no problem handling my money. No tip for you.
Went to Manhattan bagel to get some bagels for today's lunch. The onion ones are the best. The bagels have a good taste and a good chewy.
The bagels are good… the service not so good. Had an interaction with a young man behind the counter that left such a bad taste in my mouth that I won’t go back. There is no reason to be rude and mumble things under his breath… I was a teenager not so long ago but would never insult an customer under my breath or be rude to a customer. Management please reevaluate and train your staff, because you just lost a customer.
Utter chaos. I understand the labor shortage but maybe turn off some of the delivery platforms if you don’t have the staff? Waiting well over 30 minutes for a pick up order…along with 10 other people. Hire a manager
Really good food, amazing customer service and will definitely go back to eat again.
