Fantastic food, outstanding service (I'm looking at you Darius). The wait was 1 hour for a table, but given the particulars of this establishment, that makes sense. I'm not going to waste time describing the endless variety of otherworldly foods, just look at all the pretty pictures. Not cheap, but if you're strategic, you'll get your money's worth. I will definitely be returning.
Nice environment , great customer service , nice decoration and set up. I went in with some of my friends , and it was a really great experience, good was good , the seasoning and set up was amazing.They have options of bbq with extra $5 per person , and the hot pot soups came with different adds on. It’s an all you eat things so you get it all . I will definitely try it again soon .
First time trying Korean BBQ - I'm very glad I tried it out at this place because they were so organized and careful on replacing the grill. The meats were so fresh and thankfully the waiter gaves us tips on what to put on the grill so the meat doesnt stick at all. He also recommended us 2 sauces which was #7 & #12 (#7 is sweet & #12 is sweet and spicy). My favorite sauce was #7. The edamame was sooo good - I couldn't stop eating it. The mussels tasted so good and fresh. Overall the top meat is the short rib.
This place used to have great staff and better service. Today we went back to have a family lunch. It was supposed to be a $18.99 per person, so we ordered as usual then waited for the items and the first thing we noticed is the barbeque grills took too long to heat up and not just us other tables noticed it too. So instead of a quick grilling experience it became a waiting to cook and eat. Then when the time to pay we got the bill and informed after that our lunch was changed to a Dinner rate because we ordered the garlic shrimp. I was a bit surprised since if it was a DINNER ITEM, the server could have mentioned that it is for Dinner only or gave us the option to change to the DINNER RATE AND ORDERED THE BIG DINNER OPTIONS. This is poor STAFF TRAINING AND POOR MANAGEMENT. IF ANY OF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS TYPE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TYPE OF EXPERIENCE - I encourage you to post a review. $18.99 became a $28.99 per person. -NO TIP AND A BAD REVIEW.
Went there for a birthday dinner and everyone had a great time. Our server, Sebastian, was very attentive and friendly, and the quality of produce was great. Once an order was placed the food came out very quickly. I will definitely be going back.The hot pot and bbq options can be a bit overwhelming so would suggest choosing one or the other.Only recommendation would be to install individual vents for each table to reduce the fumes from cooking.
This place is fun and makes everything hands on. I did enjoy cooking my own food for a change. The only thing I didn't like was how they ran out of everything so quickly (drinks,veggies, etc). But other than that the food was good.

Food was yummy but the service was better. There will always be a wait to be seated because of how popular it is and it took a little while before we had our order taken but our waitress was super amazing and very helpful. Just be careful not to order too much food:)
This place can get packed if you come in on a busy day, wait time can be long for an hour plus if busy or seated right away if the restaurant is not busy at all but you can cook all the different types of raw meat and vegetables that they have available on the menu if you're a vegan then ask the server on a vegan option. Service is great some are new and in training so keep that in mind, if it's your first time there then let them know as the server will asked you while seated as they can help guide you through cooking your food. Also keep in mind they won't let you takeout food so you have to eat the food you have and if the food is wasted they will charge you extra.
