This location makes sloppy sandwiches. No matter how dead or live the place can be your sandwich qill not come out like it would at another jersey Mike's. I was disappointed. Tried them again and still it was not tasteful and sloppy.
I just want to share how nice these guys were! I asked for gluten free bread and she asked if there was an allergy and immediately told everyone to please use caution and please change gloves. Most places don’t ask. I appreciate them asking. Everyone spoke, super nice and didn’t act like they were forced to be there. Thanks for being kind!
This place is a mess. Confusing orders, lost sandwich, overall mass chaos. Once you get your sandwich, the taste is good. But experience not so much.
We are at Jersey Mike’s Union Nj. ( 2/12/22 @ 7:45 pm) My husband does not eat pork. He asked if they can clean the cutting machine to service his order, the Manager on duty said No, they don’t have time and did not say it kindly . It was not crowed and only one other customer and not even close to closing. Therefore, we will not be going back .
Very clean establishment, nice staff welcoming as soon as you come into the store. Would recommend
It’s not often you walk into a sub shop and expect to have the best of service but that was not the case for my trip to jersey mikes. The girl ilana at the front was so kind and caring , truly a breath of fresh air after my long work day. I even forgot one of the sandwiches I had purchased and she ran out to chase me and made sure I got it . Refreshing to see there are still enployees who truly care about their job. 10/10!
I gave 2 stars because the cashier was nice. The chef had his mask down while on the grill, talking etc. Any chef should not have a beard hanging and if he does it should have a net on it. He also whipped his forehead with the gloves he’s cooking with instead of just changing them. A woman was sweeping so hard and careless by the food prep area she was causing dust to fly.
Came in today for a sub and had the best experience ! Alana was so attentive and nice every time I go it's always a great lunch!

Sandwiches are consistently great tasting.Solid but of variety between the hot and cold subs.Plenty of chips and desserts to choose from for a side.A bit on the pricey side though. It's only marginally better than your typical sub / deli place.
