I had an omelette and they put other stuff inside of it I never asked for. The server was great but the food was not. My daughter came with me and her food was not great either. Both of our stomach were hurting. That is the last time I will ever go there.
crowded place but customer service is very good, in places like this you cant really review their food as it is the same on every Ihope but service was perfect, clean and well organized. at peak hours the max the can accommodate per table is 6 if you come with a party of over 6 guests they will ask you to come back later (Understandable)
I’ve had such an amazing experience every time I come to this IHOP. Hilton is such a nice server. He’s always on top of everything and making sure that we have everything we need. The manager is also super sweet and humble. Highly recommend this IHOP for anyone who is looking for a yummy breakfast and good service.
I have NEVER had an experience like the one we had at this IHOP and I am from the south where hospitality lives and breathes. From the time my hubby and I walked in, we were graciously greeted with big smiles and a very warm welcome. Quickly seated I assume because there were only 2 of us and it was busy. Service was great, food was nice. I only had a small issue with my order. The salsa that came with my chicken and peppers omelette smelled like feet and didn't taste good at all. My French toast was great though ;). Servers that weren't assigned to us refilled our drinks, our server was prompt getting little things we asked for (napkins, extra utensil..) While waiting on our server to come back to get the bill, a worker saw us scanning the room for her and he kindly asked if we needed help with anything. Im biiig on customer service, I work in customer service myself and these guys were ON POINT from the jump! Management and team.. y'all are beyond amazing! Chick-fil-A has nothing on y'all! Loll
The staff was great, my waitress was very quick and sweet. The food was pretty good but compared to another location the portions were a bit smaller. Still loved it and for small location it's crazy how fast they get people in and out
Great food. Went in for the unlimited pancakes and they came out fast, delicious and on a roll! Add some chocolate chips for $2 more was totally worth it. My wife loves the crispy bacon she got and the eggs were good too. But our waiter was so kind and amazing, it made an awesome experience for us.
We ate well. Everything but the milkshake is taste good. Just celebrating my new business opening.
It's a tiny spot, thus a tight fit in terms of walk way. Still my friends and I found that most seating can handle 4-6 people.This is still a great IHOP, great bang for your buck and no compromise on quality. With it right off the highway, it's pretty ideal for a quick meal.I've always seen IHOP as only a breakfast pancake place, but the menu is surprisingly robust and ended up practically gorging of both pancakes and a huge burger. I have no regrets despite the probable cholesterol. Lol
This is my fav ihop! Great service, spectacular food. the eggs were cooked to perfection and the bacon was so crisp and juicy. my wife doesn’t touch me like she use to.
We figured we try a new IHOP, but mistake. The greeter was friendly waitress was ok, but the establishment oh boy. Under the table was full of food pieces of bacon, toast silverware. Seating was crazy the layout doesn't seem right, we were by the entrance and it was just constant things that didn't seem right, empires walking by with big trays of cups and other items bathroom was being cleaned out and the gentleman walked past our table with a bucket of bleach that stayed lingering. Food finally came out my husband got an appetizer sampler, chicken was still cold in middle and the one that wasn't cold was dripping oil. They gave us a replacement but my daughter didn't want to risk it. Her burger came out and it was a little too medium rare for her liking. (Shame on us should have said well done I guess, lesson learned) won't go back.
